    Depending on the license for tookkit that someone has the number of sites are limited.
    The objective would be that over a service plan / addon this extension can be added / removed from a subscriptions.

    So that for example on a 1000 subscription big server only the ones that purchase the addon have access to it. This way only a smaller Xovi license would be needed and not always one that matches the count of subscriptions on the server.

    (Similar to the Premium mail where it is possible to activate per subscription)
