Allow setting a custom port for Git webhook
Allow setting a custom port for Git.
This would allow having Plesk publically blocked (port 8443) but it would still be possible to use the git web-hooks.

+1 Bump, We have to place port 8443 behind a firewall for compliance reasons and use GitLab to manage our repos. So this is causing issues with the needed webhooks.

We need change port , we have plesk port blocked in firewall
