Possibility to downgrade WorpdPress version via WP-toolkit
I'd like to suggest a feature implementation to downgrade WordPress core version using wp-toolkit , as at the moment just update is possible.

Sometimes plugins and themes totally break when auto updating to a new version , and could take up to six weeks or more to get fixed it's an interesting idea to rollback , so storing the old copy incase af a 503 error might be wise and useful
