Bring old skins back
The reason i am saying bring back the old skins every time you update the versions all ways change things this doing me head now get use to one then the next version changed it again sort this out parallels use like it when use have xp skin vista skins ect.

Adding more information because after closer examination of Plesk 11 and 11.5 skins I noticed that they have different structures.
The real problem is with Plesk 11.5, while in Plesk 11 > Tools & Settings > Panel branding it is possible to select the Plesk 10 theme, which is still good.
So, if porting the Plesk 9 skin(s) to Plesk 11.5 is too difficult, it would suffice to port in this version the same option available in Plesk 11.

The Plesk 9 default skin was clear, nice to look at, did fit well in each screen resolution.
From version 11 on the default skin is just gross.
Please make the skin of Plesk 9 available for Plesk 11.
