add the option "Any" to the 'preferred domain section under the 'hosting settings' section rather then JUST www.domain.tld or domain.tld

You need to choose “None”, then one domain will not override another one

Opps :| 'None' was not working for me, however after re installing plesk it all worked perfectly fine. Nice one :)
