Add more granular user role permissions to manage sites. For example, allow website backup and web deploy settings access without allowing right to create/manage sites

If a user has a role permission to only manage DNS, show only DNS and DNSSec buttons in the interface.
Right now with a user with only "manage DNS settings" role permission will see in his interface the Dashboard empty and the site statistics. DNSSec button isn't shown. -

Please add this feature, many users are requesting us website backup and web deploy without allowing right to create/manage sites
