any antispam filter by ip's range, spamassassin to, but the input field of plesk only allows type a single IP
this way you can even filter and blacklist any IP *. *. *. * and only accept messages from a predetermined site, or external mail filter server

Could you tell us few examples of tasks you would solve by blacklisting IP range? and by whitelisting IP range?
