Problems with Cloud Server and Plesk – Any Advice?

I'm currently facing several issues with my cloud server related to the Plesk. The primary concern is with server configuration and management through Plesk, which has led to performance problems and accessibility issues for my website.
Specifically, I've noticed that:
Slow Performance: The website hosted on my cloud server is loading slowly, and I suspect that the settings in Plesk may not be optimized for performance. I’m unsure about the best configuration for caching, resource allocation, and other performance-related settings.
Access Issues: There have been intermittent accessibility problems, where users are unable to reach the site. I’ve checked the server status and logs, but I’m not sure if the issue lies within Plesk’s management settings or if it’s related to the cloud server environment itself.
Backup Management: I’m also having difficulty with setting up automated backups through Plesk. I want to ensure that my data is regularly backed up without manual intervention, but I’m struggling to configure this properly.
