Offer a delete-button for subdomains
I am not a professional webcoder but i am quite used to backoffice admin.
Now after i have created a subdomain and wanted afterwards to delete it again... i cannot find a delete button?
You need to click small expansion indicator on a bottom of subdomain plate and find “delete” icon

If you provided a screenshot and version number, we could probably provide more specific help.
Without that we can only tell that Delete button is not disabled by default, and we have no idea what your hosting provider meant by "REMOVE ALIAS". All customizations and their impact would be a responsibility of your provider.

I contacted my hosting provider and the REMOVE ALIAS was turned off by default. He activated it and now it works. Why the hell would Plesk even allow this button to be hidden by default? Makes no sense - I wasted so much time today trying to find a button that was turned off by default. ARGH!!!!

Nether my sub domains or alias have any "edit" as shown in your image. There is also no "delete" button as you describe. I have been a Plesk user for years and you keep changing things for the worse. Just leave stuff where it used to be. This new version is horrible.
