not only it has nothing to do with controlling a server but you will also put a lot of Wordpress specialist without work if customers are able to update it with a click on a button.
keep sticking to items where the panel was designed for!

If you don’t like the function and afraid that it will take your job, you can disable it for your customers easily – see the doc

This way you can disable it for the whole serverAlternatively the tool can be disabled for all or selected customers via subscription settings or service plan settings, by revoking WordPress Toolkit permissions
