Let each individual user manage their email account settings, ie. setting auto-responders, instead of having to go through the admin person?
Is a pain having to manage everyone's basic email settings

Mail users can access control panel and edit their autiresponders, etc by themselves. Make sure you are on the latest version and that your mail users have “Access to the Control Panel” checkbox enabled.
