  1. to allow an alias to be associated to more than one email account.

It's an useful (and optimal) way to associate more than one organisation account to an external (public official) email alias.
    EG

    internal account 1: john@myorg.net
    internal account 2: mary@myorg.net
    internal account 3: jules@myorg.net
public account (showed in websites, company papers, etc.): sales@myorg.net (this is the alias, not an real email account).
If John and Jules are the sales officers, it would be useful to link the alias to both accounts.
Note: It cannot be implemented using forwarding in a clean way.
Because the mail engine forwards the mails to John and Jules but the headers are tricky: the local account…

  3. Add hidden mail forwarding option

There should be an option to forward mail without letting the customer know it is enabled (to the extent permitted by the law).

Currently, it is possible to hide all mail settings from a service plan or subscription. More granular control to hide mail forwarding only, or an option to enable it separate from the customer's own forwarding settings, would help monitor malicious content.

  4. Notification "WordPress site vulnerabilities found" should be sent ro customer by default

Notification "WordPress site vulnerabilities found" should be sent to customer by default. Since customers are the ones who deploy their WordPress websites and should be notified to fix it.

  5. Clear yum cache from Plesk GUI

Plesk already has the function to update system packages, so it would be nice to be able to execute all the required operations from GUI.

  6. Enable the mailbox size calculation for remote SmarterMail servers

At the moment, only local mailboxes are included in the subscription's Disk Usage limit, according to the documentation page regarding Disk Space Usage Calculation :

    https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/obsidian/administrator-guide/statistics-and-monitoring/viewing-statistics/about-disk-space-usage-calculation.71164/

Please provide a way to calculate the mailbox sizes for remote SmarterMail servers as well, so that they are included into the Disk Usage resource.

  7. Add a way to manage Mass Email Templates via CLI

At the moment, the only way to create a list of specific customers for the mass email template would be to navigate to Tools & Settings > Mass Email Messages > Add Mass Email Template, and add the customers by hand via GUI, which is inconvenient if there are many customers on the server.

Please implement a way to manage the manage Mass Email Templates via console commands.

  8. Add in Plesk Panel an option to automatic assign an IP Address for Mail Service for new Domains

Two IP Addresses added in IP Address pool for Plesk.

Having one IP Address for the new Domain and a different one for Outgoing mail.

Automatically assign the second ip for Mail Service without the need to do it via CLI command.

In this case the first IP (Domain IP) is using he HELO and then second IP (Service Mail Outgoing IP) is just to send emails.
