1. Webhooks

   I imagine most sysadmins would like the idea of being able to set up webhooks for many of the notifications sent out via Plesk so that we can log this info and/or act on it.

   Some notifications that would be great to be able to add webhooks for:
   1. A user/attacker gets blocked for using the wrong password too many times on an email or ftp account
   2. Email account/hard drive reaches specified capacity
   3. Apache is down!
   4. Server is down
   5. DNS issues
   6. Let's encrypt issues

   I'm sure there are plenty more situations where webhooks would be useful.

3. In this Free SSL era, customers should be able to install SSL certificates with API, for automation (like cPanel)

   Two issues I am facing with Plesk API for SSL certificate:

   1. The end user (customer) should have permission to manage SSL/TLS Certificates with API: The customer can install an SSL certificate with the GUI but not with API. My shared hosting provider has hidden the Let's Encrypt SSL option. I can install a LE SSL with the GUI. But manually renewing the SSL certificate every two months is a time-consuming task and if I forget to renew, the SSL will expire. If Plesk allows the end user (customer) to install SSL certificates with the API, I can easily automate the SSL renewal programmatically.

   Let's Encrypt advice for automatic renewal. In this Free SSL era, the end user (customer) should be able to automate SSL certificate installation with API.

   cPanel had this facility for the end users since 2017, if not earlier.

   1. Though Plesk Administrator and resellers can manage SSL/TLS Certificates with API, the "install certificates operation only installs a certificate to a repository, it does not enable SSL/TLS support for sites, therefore, it does not make sites available via the HTTPS protocol."

   In the Plesk GUI, the rest of the SSL installation is done with 'Hosting Settings': (a) by clicking SSL/TLS support checkbox and (b) by selecting the certificate with the drop-down menu (from the repository). But the second option is not available with the API. In the Hosting Settings (https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/obsidian/api-rpc/about-xml-api/reference/managing-sites-domains/site-settings/hosting.66557/#the-list-of-website-properties) API documentation, under 'The List of Website Properties', there is no property to select the certificate from the repository. Please fix it.

10. XML-API: Enable Secret Key for Resellers (and Customers)

    Currently, Secret Keys are only available to system admins:

    It would be great that also resellers (and potentially customers) could create such a key to not have to store user credentials on a server.

    (What was the rational to prevent this?)

11. Always include English along with another language license

    Apart from local language ALWAYS include English (or at the least American).

    I'm at a provider offering "Dansk" as the only option, and that makes it really hard to guess what's going on, as the 'translations' are far from stellar (in it self not unsurprising for a small language).

    Super service that the local language IS offered for the 0.001% of Danish web-administrators not understanding English, but primarily a pest for the 99.999% that do. IMHO

    And I assume similar would go for many other countries with a small population, and thus dubious translations.

12. Send server email notifications through Microsoft Graph API

    Hi to all of you,
    I got an Please Server running in Azure.
    As you may know, SMTP Port 25 Outgoing is blocked default by Microsoft to avoid spamming.
    On request it can be opened but it's not always granted.

    Microsoft Graph API Support in Plesk would be welcomed as it would allow to send Plesk Server Emails notifications.

    such feature already exists for Wordpress and works perfectly after creating an App Registration in Azure with the correct Graph API permissions.

    Therefor creating such feature for Plesk should not Rocket Science.

14. Access external email address on mailbox trough RCP XML API

    Since Plesk 17.9 users can specify an external email address on a mailbox which will be used to reset the password if they lose access to the primary email address.

    It would be nice if this external email address could also be read, set and changed trough the RCP XML API.

15. Add possibility to Plesk API (not a CLI gate)retrieve the "Description for the administrator" value for domains and subdomains

    At the moment only by using the API CLI gate, it is possible to get value for "Description for the administrator", but even in this case it is not possible to retrieve the "Description for the administrator" value for the subdomain

    This should be work as for GET as for PUT requests

16. Remote control of users or plesk subscriptions.

    Hi, I have an idea, and if from a single Plesk installation, you can manage subscriptions from other servers with Plesk. For example, I have installed plesk in panel.mydomain.com, but the host where my client's subscription is in panel.1.mydomain.com, so it would be nice if from panel.mydomain.com the subscription can be managed remotely form. The remote server with plesk. my client would enter plesk from panel.mydomain.com and from there would manage the subscription hosted on panel.1.mywebsite.com, (if it could also be good, multiple plesk servers are configured and when creating a new subscription or client in plesk, the subscription is automatically provided on any of those remote servers, the client would manage their hosting from panel.mywebsite.com as if it were hosted there, but with the difference that their site would be hosted at

17. add a simple interface setting that allows the user to hide some of the links from the left hand nav bar

    A setting that enables the user to customise or hide links on the left hand nav bar. For example we only ever use the subscriptions link, so the domain, reseller and service plan links are not used, taking up real estate space that is not required. A simple tick box admin page could be set up to allow for hiding the features from the sublinks.

    This could be a per user or a global setting.

    As the new interface allows for a larger branding image, which is much better, the suggestion would also enable a better layout of the nav bar.

    Forwarded emails (by a forwarding configuration in the mail server) are not stored. Could you please describe the start situation from where you forward an email? Is it truly mail forwarding or is it sending an email to a recipient that resides in the mailbox?
