upgrade plesk 5.6 at least
Current plesk php version is 5.4 please upgrade it to 5.6 if possible php 7.0
1 voteYou can switch PHP versions (from 5.1.x to 7.0.x) and handlers (CGI, FastCGI, FPM and Apache module for version by OS vendor) in Plesk since version 12.0. But we do not plan to implement this feature in previous releases.

Add WW3 line numbers to text editor
It is very time consuming to fix 400 series errors when there is no guide to find them.

Upd: Please use code editor for editing files, this will help you in your scenario. We are closing this request as already done, since the functionality is already present in Plesk.

possibility to give possibility to remove helpdesk link in plesk, from customers of the admin who has helpdesk installed.
I have osticket installed on subdomain but i dont want other users of plesk to have a link to it in their control panel set as support helpdesk because its not intended to be my plesk support helpdesk but instead helpdesk for a project i host.

In Plesk 12.x we have several PHP versions out of box. We always keep these versions up-to-dated with little delay for testing stage.

You can rename file/directory by clicking on element row in File Manager. Lets us know if it doesn’t help

Time out issue
Add a page refresh so I don't need to save or close-open when I don't want to to avoid timing out
1 voteIf you can administer your Plesk server, increase Session Idle Time here: Tools & Settings > Session Idle Time.
If you cannot administer your Plesk server, contact person or company responsible for administration and ask them to increase Session Idle Time on your server.
We are closing this request as already done, since this functionality is already present in Plesk.

Summary Report including "Back Up My Account and Websites"
It is found that the statistics not calculated the backup taking by using the option, "Back Up My Account and Websites". The mentioned case in default behavior in Plesk servers.
All this will not show under the statistics report in Tools + Settings -> Statistics -> Summary Report.
Please include the above into the statistics calculation.

Demo or Steps for new users
Show a demo video or give all the steps to operate control panel for new users.
1 votePlesk provides a number of video tutorials (full list is available at http://www.odin.com/products/plesk/tutorials/). These tutorials can be opened from the corresponding screen by opening Help in the top right corner and clicking on Watch Video Tutorials.
Plesk Documentation for Customers also includes “Quick Start With Plesk” chapter that walks users through the first steps required for operating the control panel.

1 voteIt is already available since version 11.5. Health Monitor should be installed to enable the feature. You can install Health Monitor if you will open “Tools & Settings > Updates and Upgrades > Add/Remove Components”. Let us know if it doesn’t help.

Provide some built in Plesk themes.
Provide some branding themes as in Plesk 8. The blue theme with blue links has low contrast which is hard for poorly sighted users and is a bit depressing! Need higher contrast themes and other colours. The link to alternative themes in the branding section goes nowhere

Linuxhotels: Creating multiple FTP users and PLESK admins
I'm using both linux and windows hotels.
But i'm only allowed to create new plesk users and FTP users on the windows hotels - it would be cool if it also where possible on the linux hotels :)
1 voteBoth Plesk for Linux and Plesk for Windows can have multiple FTP users and multiple Plesk admins. I you don’t have this option on Plesk for Linux, I can assume that it is some old version and then upgrade is recommended.

Bring Back Spam Filter Training
As I suggested to Plesk via Facebook:
Just simply bring back a feature you had in the past - manual spam training. But make it for the entire server, not just for individual domains.This makes it easier to control server wide.
If you don't recall the feature - it showed email address and subject line. There was a checkbox to mark it as spam for the filter to learn.
No need for Sensitivity Filters - this concept is flawed at best.
1 votePlesk has daily task to check all mailboxes and learn SpamAssassin according content of Spam directories . So if you want to mark mail as spam – move it to Smap directory.

allow username to be changed
I just joined Host Gator. The username for my control panel, Plesk, or whatever you call it is a random combination of characters and numbers. It was assigned by the system upon opening the account which was fine for that purpose. But I would REALLY like to be able to change it to something more memorable. However, if I understand the KB article concerning same, this is not possible for shared accounts.
