Summary Report including "Back Up My Account and Websites"
It is found that the statistics not calculated the backup taking by using the option, "Back Up My Account and Websites". The mentioned case in default behavior in Plesk servers.
All this will not show under the statistics report in Tools + Settings -> Statistics -> Summary Report.
Please include the above into the statistics calculation.

You can go to Tools&Settings > Server Statistics Settings and enable backup files in option “Include in the disk space usage calculation”
