  1. Implement Add-On plans for Reseller Plans

There should be an option to add "Add-On" plans for Plesk Reseller plans in Service Plans -> Reseller plans.

  2. FileManager - better options for calculate size - cannot order list on size - bad for cleanup

I understand reasons for making file and directory size an option to be calculated, the problem is that the data is not kept - if you try order on directory or filesize the data disapears and there is no ordering to be done. This is very bad for people who want to identify directories hogging the most filespace for emergency by hand filespace clean up. At the very least please offer an option to store all calculated sizes and order on that - people should be intelligent enough to know that the data they are ordering on is a snapshot…

  3. Implement the possibility to limit resellers' plan by the server administrator.

Now, service plans offered by the resellers can be modified by themselves and propose resources over reseller's service plan offered by Plesk's admin.

It would be good if the resources the resellers can offer in their service plan could not be "unlimited" anymore, but with the maximum caped to what's set by Plesk's administrator.

Thank you for your feature request. We will consider the possibility of its implementation if it becomes sufficiently popular and in demand.

  4. Hide from the customer local backups made by admin.

Wold be nice to make so, that local backups made by the administrator could not be seen by the customer and would not take into account when calculating subscriptions occupied space. At the same time, the customer should be able to make his own backups as he pleased.

  5. Allow managing fail2ban on an Additional Admin Account.

It would be great to be able to allow an additional Admin unblocking IPs, which are blocked via fail2ban.

  7. Ability to manage nginx caching options via CLI for service plan

Currently it not possible to manage nginx caching options (cache timeout, cache size) using plesk bin service_plan option. Adding this would significantly increase service plan provisioning

  8. Extend the possibility to manage Client permissions via CLI

Currently, in Plesk it is possible to manage general permissions for customers via Plesk Panel or CLI. Sometimes it is necessary to manage Client permissions in more precise way in command line.
Please add the feature to hide/show separate menus via CLI, e.g. enable/disable such menus separately:
    -Web Hosting Access
    -SSL/TLS certificates
    -Limit Outgoing Messages
Also, it would be useful to restrict access to edit separate paragraphs such as:
    -Hosting Settings> Certificate
-Hosting Settings>Web statistics (Protect access to your web statistics with your FTP username and password)

  10. Add a possibility to convert existing domains like 'sub.example.com' to subdomains of 'example.com'

If for some reason 'sub.example.com' was added to Plesk as domain the wildcard certificate for 'example.com' doesn't cover it and it is required to issue separate certificates. Please add an ability to convert existing domains like 'sub.example.com' to subdomains of 'example.com'.

  11. Add CLI for managing Scheduled Tasks to be able to create multiple tasks at once

In Plesk, there is no CLI for managing scheduled tasks. Thus, if it's necessary to create multiple scheduled tasks, it's required to create them one-by-one in GUI.
CLI for managing scheduled tasks will allow creating multiple scheduled tasks by invoking a CLI utility in a script.

  12. Allow having the logs stored by domain and also stored centralized on a single location.

Allow having the logs stored by domain and also stored centralized on a single location.

Currently the logs are stored as /var/www/vhost/system/<domain>/logs.
and It's also possible to disable that as per https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000067345

But it's not possible to have both at the same time.

  13. Support Advanced monitor to be available via embedded code on the website

Allow Advanced monitoring to be inserted into a site as embeded code.

Right now for this to work, additional changes has to be made to /usr/share/grafana/conf/defaults.ini manually after every update (in [auth.anonymous] enabled = false needs to be changed to enabled = true)

  14. Configure the number of Plesk daily dumps that can be stored

It would be very helpful to provide an option in Plesk GUI to configure the number of Plesk daily dumps (/var/lib/psa/dumps/mysql.daily.dump*) stored in the server due to the fact that only storing 8 dumps is not enough for our business standards.

  16. Option to erase Nginx additional directives when turning Proxy-mode on

When Proxy-mode is being turned on by clients, remaining WordPress Nginx additional directives affects sites processing since Nginx still works in a front-end. It makes Administrator to delete such directives every time domains is "switched to Apache" which is not convenient.

Currently this can be automated only via manual scripts and Plesk Event Handler.

  17. Log changes in the DNS zones to the Action Log

Currently, logging DNS zone changes is limited to the fact that there was a change:

    192.168.1.22 admin [2019-05-22 16:14:42] 'Default domain, DNS zone updated' ('Client GUID': '4ea73128-7ba2-4cf5-b4f8-35084d078381' => '4ea73128-7ba2-4cf5-b4f8-35084d078381', 'Domain GUID': '9d1f3706-259d-4fe6-8df4-c04cea7b9771' => '9d1f3706-259d-4fe6-8df4-c04cea7b9771', 'Domain Name': 'example.com' => 'example.com')

It would be nice to have an actual diff between the previous and the new state of the DNS zone, as in the current state there is not enough information

  18. Secure RDP using the Panel LetsEncrypt Certificate.

Not sure if this is doable and when I asked support they suggested I post it here. Currently I need to purchase a certificate to stop the RDP Client nagging that the certificate is self signed when I connect to the server via RDP. Thought it may be possible to allow the same certificate used for the panel (or even a new one) that could be used to secure RDP instead.

  19. Allow setting MAILFROM field in crons from Plesk Interface

When a customer adds a cronjob within the Plesk interface through "Scheduled tasks", they can set the recipient (MAILTO field) of the cron with the "Send notifications to" field, but there is no option to set the sender (MAILFROM field). By default, the sender for crondaemon is user@server.tld, which in our case causes SPF errors with the receiving mail server of the recipient.

We do not give our clients CLI access, so they cannot manually set it with the crontab -e command, nor should they (the whole point of the Plesk Interface is for GUI-style ease of use). Could…

Thank you for your idea and your additional explanation. As the use case is probably an edge case, we'll need to see whether many other users believe that this is an important feature that they need.

If you believe it is an important feature, please continue voting for this feature request.

  20. Additional option for overuse policy- Overuse is allowed up to x %

I would like to have option to set overuse policy as:

Overuse is allowed up to x %

    - after percentage threshold is crossed then suspend and send e-mail notification
    - with ability to set up percentage freeley, but suspend when disk usage is 110 % or 130 % and so on.
