Retroactively scan mailboxes for existing/already received spam
It would be useful to scan mailboxes for spam retroactively. This would allow searching previous emails for spam after setting up spam protection. This could also help flag items that passed the filter before the sender got blacklisted.

There are trusted mail servers with incorrect/broken DKIM.
It's needed to exclude such mail servers from DKIM checker. Tools & Settings > Mail Server > White List doesn't allow to exclude mail servers from DKIM/DMARC/SPF check.2 votes -

Anonaddy as Mail-Service
Hello,
I have noticed that I use and also need more and more eMail addresses for different websites.
If only to see which website may have been hacked and turn off the SPAM on it. Currently it is possible to create aliases.However, the list becomes very confusing, as soon as some addresses were deposited.
There is open source code from Anonaddy on Github.
It would be great if this would be integrated and also the addon for Chrome/Firefox is adapted so that this works together with the anonaddy in Plesk.2 votesThank you for your input! Mark mails as read if tagged as spam
It is quite annoying that when mails are detected as spam they are moved to the spam folder but there is no possibility in PLESK to mark them as read. In Thunderbird e.g. there is no possibility to do that automatically because the spam detection is done by an external spam detection (PLESK). So you always have a lot of unread mails in the spam folders.

Ability to create a mailbox for a domain only managed by Administrator
create a specific mailbox on a domain which customer has access where he is unable to delete the email address, change it's passwords, disable it, etc.

Send scheduled backup notifications from administrative email address
When email specified at Scheduled backup notification it sent on behalf of user and failed due to SPF check
For example, if you set email for backup notification as test@example.com the email will be sent FROM test@example.com. And if it does not exist on server it may fail during SPF checl
It is expected that email sent FROM administrative email.

Add Expand Option to Mail Addresses Page
Add an option to the Mail Addresses page to expand all the forwarding emails. For example, rather than saying "(and 4 more)" list all 5 forwarding email addresses, not just the first one for each email address on the display.

Setup hostname for mail autodiscover per domain
You should add a simple option to specify mail server hostname when autodiscover is enabled on domain level...
example:
main.domain -> Web

Add the option to remove emails from a particular domain from the mail Queue
Example:
Malware has created a lot of spam that was sent from the domain example.com and the mail queue is full.
I would like to have the option to find all the emails from that domain in the mail queue and remove them with one click instead of obtaining the mailqueueIDs and trying to push them to "postsuper -d -".To make it simple, it's a filter (e.g. sender contains example.com) + option to remove.

Add the ability to Download/Upload a list of domains to the Mail Server Blacklist/Whitelist
Add the ability to download/upload a list of the domains from Whitelist of Blacklist (Tools&Settings > Mail tab) as a text file so it is possible to add all the required domains at once.

Plesk admin should have control over all possible notifications sent by Plesk
Plesk admin should have control over all possible mail notifications sent by Plesk. For example, Plesk admin should be able to enable/disable notifications which inform that Plesk failed to generate web server configuration files. Some Plesk owners may already have checks and notification mechanisms in place for Nginx/Apache, as well as several other services.

Adding a "Requeue" button to the Mail Queue interface
Currently, there are three buttons in the mail queue interface.
Refresh, Remove, ClearThese are fine when there is Spam in the mail queue but for normal emails, it would be nice to have an additional "Requeue" button.
Now, when I spot an email that shouldn´t be deferred I have to log in over SSH and execute: /usr/sbin/postsuper -r ALL to requeue them.
Just like the "Remove" button works for selected emails the "Requeue" button would work for requeueing selected emails.

Show mail traffic statistics when using SmarterMail
When installing Plesk with SmarterMail, the mailbox usage stats are calculated, however, the mail traffic usage stats (IMAP/POP3 + SMTP) are not calculated.
It would be really useful that Plesk would calculate mail traffic usage for when SmarterMail is being used, otherwise, we cannot monitor the traffic usage made by our customers nor limit it.
