Add option to modify the upload_max_filesize and post_max_size Globally via Plesk Admin
Add the option to modify the uploadmaxfilesize and postmaxsize Globally via Plesk Admin > Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings.
The "Maximum message size" is already a Global setting in "Mail Server Settings" and these 2 settings should also be there.
Currently the only way to modify these settings in Linux is via a command line in Terminal and Horde, RoundCube, & Kolab all use different php.ini files for these same settings. I believe it would make for a much more user friendly experience if these options were a Global Setting modified preferably via "Plesk…3 votesThank you for your input! Possibility to use several and different mail clients as per domain basis
Use different mail clients for different domains, as example.com would use Roundcube while example2.com would use Horde (or another 'separated' Roundcube instance).

Increase mailbox size above the default size
Default Mailbox size is for example 5 GB per Mailbox. But on one Box, the client need more space. So it would be great, if all accounts stay on the standard Size. All mail addresses keep the default size, but one can increase the storage space. Currently, only the reverse is possible, but this makes little sense, as I don't want to adjust all the addresses individually, but only increase the one that has a compulsory requirement.

Force port 587 for submission
I would like to have the option to force users to use port 587 for submission, so they can't use port 25 to submit email, and this port 25 is only used for relay between smtp servers.

Condition for Mail-Forwarding
Mailforwarding works fine for me, but it should be possible to restrict to certain conditions. The Switch "Enable Forwarding" should be a textfield where i can enter a email adress.

Filter outgoing files in mails according to file type.
It would be great to filter outgoing mail depending of the file type, same as we filter incoming emails, like other major providers like Microsoft and Google do.

Add ability to enable more logs for mail server
Please add ability to enable more logs for mail server. It would be nice to be able to track user actions like messages/directories removal, like it is done in Zimbra.

Different spam settings for incoming and outgoing mail in Plesk Email Security.
Currently, spam settings are configured under Plesk Email Security > Server Settings, and they are applied both for incoming and outgoing mails.
It would be nice to have separate spam settings for incoming and outgoing mails.2 votesThis is a valid request, so we'll look into it. Ability to clean mail queue via CLI filtering messages with the same pattern
There is a way to clean mail queue with command like the following:
plesk bin mailserver --help | grep queue
--clean-mail-queue Removes all the messages from the mail
queue. But sometimes it is required to clear not all messages but only ones that have the same subject, sender, recipient, etc.
In Plesk GUI there is already this functionality in Tools & Settings > Mail queue, opening search bar with arrow icon.
It would be great to have the similar functionality for CLI command.2 votesThank you for your input! We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it is popular. Everyone, please continue voting for this feature if you consider it important.

Allow configuring "From" header for cron tasks when remote SMTP (MSMTP) is used on a Plesk server
If Amazon SES(or some similar solution) is used as remote SMTP configured in Plesk, cron emails cannot be sent because "From" header is hardcoded in cron, here are some related threads:
https://forums.aws.amazon.com/thread.jspa?messageID=540183
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/15250199/crontab-email-through-msmtp-amazon-ses?rq=1There is a workaround - to replace the symlink from /usr/sbin/sendmail to msmtp by a bash script with the following content:
#!/bin/bash
sed -e 's/From: root (Cron Daemon)/From: root@mydomain.com (Cron Daemon)/' | /usr/bin/msmtp -t "$@"It would be great to have it applied by Plesk automatically and to have "From" header configurable from Plesk interface, for example in an additional field under Tools & Settings > External…

SRV record for submission (587)
When Enable mail autodiscover AND Enable SMTP service on port 587 on all IP addresses are enabled within the Server-Wide Mail Settings, it'd be nice if Plesk would also create an according SRV record.
_submission._tcp IN SRV 0 1 587 mail.domain.tld.
Currently, Plesk only creates smtps with 465.

Ability to edit the email queue for subscriptions
Would be very helpful if we could edit the email queue for subscriptions without server-wide admin rights. Unfortunately, as a Plesk user, I cannot edit the email queue in my subscription.

Add an option to manage/remove bounced mails from Plesk UI
In Courier IMAP with qmail, when the mailbox exceeds usage limit, mails for this mailbox get bounced. Bounced mails are not displayed in Plesk panel and can be checked only on the server side. And in this case, mails queues from Plesk and server are different which can be confusing.
Therefore, it would be convenience to have a feature that can manage and remove the bounced mails from the Plesk UI.2 votesThank you for your input! Retroactively scan mailboxes for existing/already received spam
It would be useful to scan mailboxes for spam retroactively. This would allow searching previous emails for spam after setting up spam protection. This could also help flag items that passed the filter before the sender got blacklisted.
