  4. MariaDB is not added to Server Components after switching from MySQL

    MySQL server was replaced with MariaDB (https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/214528465).

    MariaDB should be added to Tools & Settings > Server Components.
    For now, only "mysql - the component not installed" is shown

  5. reuse or delete databases used for WordPress Smart Updates.

    When a WordPress site is updated with Smart Updates, a new database is created for the clone site. This happens every time Smart Updates runs for a site, so you end up with a huge number of unused databases from old clone sites.

    It'd be great if Smart Updates could either reuse the same database every time or automatically delete the cloned database after a successful update.

  6. change suspension logic

    HI

    Currently the suspend/unsuspend is very slow on Plesk (Onyx 17.8/Windows Server 2016/Smartermail Enterprise).

    We use WHMCS and if a reseller is suspended (with lots of accounts) eventually whmcs will timeout waiting for plesk API to finish suspending so WHMCS times out and moves on to next task leaving it showing "active" in WHMCS when its actually suspended.

    This is the same from the Plesk Panel.

    Other CPs are much quicker than Plesk on Windows for suspension.

    for example when I suspend a subscription what it should do which is much faster:

    STOP website in IIS
    Disable the domain name…

    In fact, it looks like a description of the problem, bug report, but not a feature request. It is not clear what exactly you propose to change in the product. I see only a description of the problem.

  7. files without extension" show page not found

    make changes that "files without extension" show plain text. because this feature is used for domain validation while installing ssl. in version 12.5 we were able to verify domain by uploading files in directory, but in new version when we upload files and browse them by url it shows 404 not found.

  10. Copy upgraded html code from Code Editor

    I would like to be able to copy upgrades of my html code in the Code Editor. At this point, I have not been able to copy code off the code editor and paste it in a document on my laptop.

  11. "Keep websites secured with free SSL Certificate" as add-on

    Add ability to assign the option "Keep websites secured with free SSL Certificate" to subscriptions as add-on.

    Currently, it is possible only to create a separate service plan w or w/o this option or customize subscription's service plan.

    Email service does not work properly. If we send then it always deliver in spam box. Also webmail link is not secure. If you can make it secure and also fix these issues then good.

    We as a hosting provider want to offer free edition of plesk like Plesk Web Admin SE offered by big cloud providers. This SE license should be made available to all service providers.

  18. PHP settings should not reset to default when customer changes PHP version

    PHP settings are customized in the service plan:
    memorylimit

    max
    executiontime

    max
    inputtime

    post
    maxsize

    upload
    maxfilesize
    opcache.enable

    disable
    functions

    In a subscription with this service plan assigned, PHP settings are reset after php version changed under customer account. They should not be reset.
