  1. Expand backups to 30 days

    Hello, update Plesk these days 12.05.30 coming version 12.0 and now I can not make more than 2 backups. Someone knows how to extend to 30 days had before?

    I contacted my hosting and told me to see here. Not Hostin thing seems to be, if not plesk!

    This says that the maximum number of scheduled backups is limited to 2. You can change this limit in Tools & Settings > Backup Manager > Settings > Maximum number of scheduled backup files to store

  2. I miss a functionable ticketsystem inside Plesk for my customers, I rent a server from a hostingprovider

    I rent a server from a hostingprovider, I check out App like osTicket, but this is not usabel to support all my customers I host as subhoster on the server. So I ask for integrate a ticket/helpdesk to use with clients and customers.

  5. why i can't remove my primary domain from this host?!!

    i have an account on easyhosting.nl, and a domain connected. i'm planning to use another host, but the current (easyhosting.nl) does not let me remove the domain. why is that?

    I discovered an error. If I fail a hostel and back to activate the FTP account created with hosting stops working. No matter if you change the password, stops running forever. This error requires me to create a second account FTP whenever suspend a hostel.

    in the example photo account "aeduco" never worked, I had to create a second FTP account. This problem has occurred with all accommodations.

    i am newly plesk service holder, my emails with rashtriyakhabar.com. when i sending emails with my mails. all mails are going in spam. kindly support this issue.

    Could you tell us more about this? IP address pool for hosting can be configured right after installation via UI or command line interface, Plesk panel itself is started on all available IP addresses.

  17. Turn off MSSQL databases when subscription suspended.

    On Plesk Panel when subscription is suspended - MSSQL databases is available, but is not ok, need to turn off MSSQL databases if subscription is suspended.

    Plesk disables users of MS SQL, so they shall not be able to access MS SQL database once it is suspended in Plesk. If your users can access MS SQL database, that would mean some server problem or perhaps DB users were not added via Plesk.

  18. hab eine fehler anzeige bei aufrufen meiner seite....komme nett auf meine seite

    hab mich bei euch registriert und bisher kann ich sagen nur top,das einzige wasmich jetz stört das es mit aufrufen der seite nett klappt.
    sondern statt dessen immer eine fehler seite kommt:seite nett gefunden!!.
    alles andere ist top bitte macht weiter so....
    wie lange dauert es bis meine domain aktiv ist und an meiner seite arbeiten kann bei euch
