Make The Health Monitoring Tools Accurate
Hello
My hosts fasthost continuously critiscise the quality of the health monitoring feature on Plesk.
I have checked against my logs and see that there are significant divergences between server logs and the health Monitoring system.
They should both use the same logs or be made more accurate.
1 voteHealth Monitor is using the same logs as you do. However, because HM refreshes periodically it can show different values than “top” command (for example) would show at the moment.
You can tune it for faster refresh, but that will increase your server load. Overall it is important to understand that HM is more for average load indication than for spike analysis

If you are server admin, then most likely your license key doesn’t include Presence Builder. You may need to purchase higher class license.

Why was kaspersky antivirus control panel removed in plesk 12? That is ridiculous.

It will be better if you stop your domain service and switch to another business.Domain service is not your cup of tea.
Hopeless server.No database upload facility.Mail server doesn't work properly.Service is so late that I can reach to support stuff physically in that time.I would like to recommend other users to leave this server.

1 voteThere are plenty of services in the Internet which can test connection speed to your server. You can also test it from your desktop – just upload/download large enough file and see how much time it will take.

1 voteIt is bad practice to pass DB credentials in cron. Every sys.user can see your DB credentials when task is running.
You shall wrap DB credentials in a file (script) run script from cron.

Migration Manager doesn't correctly pick up a separate database server
I think this is probably just a bug. I'm moving from a single tier architecture to a split between application and database. The Migration Manager moved the database to localhost, even though Plesk recognised that the default database server was a separate machine.

Congiruing, operating and maintaining websites is extremely dificult for newbies. Perhaps, help on screens would help novices to create site
pop up help windows on demand while creating a website.
1 voteEach screen includes online help (click “Help!”) button. Many screens include embedded text. Some screens have tutorials.
If you would have a more specific proposal – specific screen/operation and specific kind of help required, we will be happy to continue conversation. But in current form the proposal looks like fulfilled already

Less of upgrade
I think that is not possible have, every days, an upgrade to do. Why need a lot of update/fix?

1 voteUpgrades are not every day. However every 1-2 weeks there is an update with fixes for issues reported by our users. Every professional software delivers frequent updates to not make their users wait for solutions.
These updates let you not hit the issues, which were already faced and reported by others which makes your personal experience better. Technically you can disable updates if you want. However should you ever have any problem in future, the first question you will be asked – "are you sure you are on the latest version??

after Wordpress Installed and show 404 not found

I have a problem on after WP installed. After WP installed and i click on "Administrative interface" it show me 404 not found. i tried remove and repeat the same installation WP tutorials but still the same problem. Can i know what make it wrong?

The problem is likely with DNS settings/propagation, but this is really a question to support. We recommend to create a request for support team to do an in-depth investigation of the issue, find the reason and fix the issue.

It would be nice if we could actually contact someone with questions.
I guess the small businesses are not important enough for you to provide us with live support. We have to dig trough thousands of FAQ files to see if someone had the same problem as us. You have provided many apps to add to our sites but if they are free ones they do not work or will not download onto our sites and no one to contact to find out why it's not working. I have been with this company for many years and it looks like it's time to move my business to another provider.
1 voteSorry, but there is a chance that you meant to submit it to your hosting provider. We are a software company which supplied the provider with the solution you are working at. We would suggest to call to your hosting company for resolving your problem.

It's too old.1 votePHP and MySQL are shipped by your OS vendor (CentOS). You shall ask them for upgrade.
Alternatively you can recompile PHP by yourself (which requires certain skill, of course) – see guidance here:
