Ability to ignore certain blocklist providers
I would like to ignore certain blocklists and not show them as listed anymore if they are. Also stop sending the alerts for these blocklists if they are set as “ignored”. In the UI I want to be able to toggle blocklists that I want to ignore.

Configurable notifications for Websites
It would be useful to have the ability to configure the notifications for Websites in a similar way as it is implemented for Servers. For instance:
- add different recipients for different alerts
- change the number of repeating notifications
- different channels for DOWN and UP5 votes -
Custom Website Reports
Add an option to customize the website reports with the metrics displayed (response time, uptime, etc.) and their intervals (average per day, week, etc.).

Checking domain reputation in Blocklists
For some cases, domain reputation is needed as well as the IP one
If a server has multiple domains on one shared IP address, it will be helpful to check which of the domain gets blacklisted1 vote -
Conditions for alerts
In order to avoid creating multiple alerts, it would be useful to specify conditions for one alert.
For instance:
- If the server is server.example.com, notify jdoe@example.com
- If the server is server.domain.tld, notify jdoe@domain.tld
- If the server is not specified, notify the Administrator2 votes -
Send automatic/manual reports about servers' alerts
Generating automatic/manual reports (like digest) about all (or selected) events on servers will help to analyze the situation with the infrastructure and prepare the necessary steps to improve it.

Ignore specific partitions
Sometimes, servers get temporary partitions or partitions for some special needs. These partitions frequently trigger alerts about disk usage because they are limited by default.
That would be helpful if it was possible to exclude partitions from monitoring manually.1 vote -
Perform phone calls as a notification channel in 360 Monitoring alerts
It is possible to send SMS but not a phone call
Some service providers allow sending SMS to landline phones. That would be helpful either to have the possibility of sending such messages or phone calls as a separate notification channel1 vote -
Ability to change website monitoring settings for multiple websites at a time at 360 Monitoring
Having 100 and more websites it would be great to have the functionality to change monitoring settings for multiple websites at once.

A closed event as a reply to the corresponding opened one in 360 Monitoring
If notifications about closed alerts are received as replies to the corresponding opened alerts such events will be easier to track. Especially, when there are many servers/websites and alerts for them get opened/closed at different time

Allow custom payload for the webhooks
Some services like statushub require specific hard-coded payload for the webhooks to work properly. It would be nice to be able to configure exact payload data sent by 360 Monitoring:

Add a plugin for physical RAIDs
Currently, 360 Monitoring allows checking the status of the disks and software RAIDs. It would be helpful to monitor hardware RAIDs as well. For instance, with the MegaCLI utility.

Down time in notifications
When you send the notifications (no matter if webook or email) about the website back online, it would be great if you could add how long the issue took.
AS IS:
UP: www.example.com is back online
alert closedTO BE:
UP: www.example.com is back online (it was down 1 hour and 15 minutes)
alert closed1 voteThank you for your idea! We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular.

Add "Virtual Machine Plugin" compatibility for Proxmox VE
Proxmox VE is not compatible with the actual available plugin "Virtual Machine Plugin" due to the former does not use libvirt, a dependency which the plugin implements.

Ability to pay not only per month but per year
For easier bookkeeping and also to save some paper, I would very much like to have the option to pay for the subscription per year (in advance of course) and not just per month.

Add a plugin for monitoring mail queues on Windows
There is a couple of plugins for Linux but not for Windows.
It would be helpful to have similar plugins there as well. At least for popular mail servers (i.e. MailEnable, SmarterMail, etc.)1 vote -
Alerts for SSL certificates expiration
Currently, 360 Monitoring shows the remaining time for SSL certificates.
It would be helpful to get notifications about expiring certificates with additional settings (e.g. do not notify about certificates with auto-renewal).13 votes
