Hi IG,
This request was submitted on our behalf by Plesk support, so apologies if it's not clear.
Plesk makes a distinction between a sub-user, which is owner by a "parent"/subscription owner, and a normal user/client, which owns a subscription/domain.
The current extension API allows for a hasPermissions call to check if a latter has the permissions to perform an action. However, to our knowledge, there exists no such publicly documented feature for the former. If a sub-user is created, there's no way to check for, say, the "Create and manage sites" permissions via a Plesk extension.
Given, WP Toolkit seems to do that, so it should be possible, just not documented, which is what we'd like to see.
