Hi Jeremy,
WP Toolkit supports WordPress multi-site if you enable the multi-site feature manually. However, it seems to make sense for us to provide an option of creating a multi-site WP instance upon the installation. Let us know if this will help you out.

An error occurred while saving the comment Michael Koontz commentedI would like to see this implemented as well. Not only on the source server but between 2 different servers where the one server is handling the email and the other is a subdomain or secondary domain running a support/ticket system.
Knowing which settings have been customized before proceeding with unlocking & synchronizing the subscription with the service plan would be very helpful to have. Some kind of notification next to the setting to let the admins know the setting differs from the assigned service plan.
