I asked BackBlaze whether they are working on adding support for Plesk. They are not. They support developers but do not develop third-party solutions in-house. I am not a developer so I cannot do this myself but I also came across their documentation for transfer of large files which requires python and some additional libraries. With both Mono and Python to choose from I am sure someone is capable of putting this together. Maybe someone at Plesk?

BackBlaze B2 Cloud Storage offers the first 10GB of storage free of charge. It would make an excellent repository for Plesk Backups. There are open source FTP clients such as Duplicati, based on the open source Mono framework. Hopefully the hard lift has already been done and someone can make the Plesk extension open source too. Giving Plesk users 10GB of free server backup would be a significant perk.
