Two issues I have run into with the wordpress toolkit are that if I enable security for the wp-includes folder it breaks the wordpress editor, because tinyMCE tries to use a specific file under wp-includes directly. And secondly some plugins (si-captcha as a specific example) ties to it's own files directly rather than executing through the wordpress core so enabling the wp-content security breaks this and other plugins... Would it be possible to add an option to enable the security on those directories and then enter specific exclusions so that issues like those I have listed could be addressed on a case by case basis? Currently I just have to disable security on the directories as a whole to allow the site to function fully.

Would also be nice to be able to add a comment to any whitelisted ip addresses so you know when where and why an IP was whitelisted...

I would love to see something like this. Maybe this could be accomplished by allowing at installation time the option to have the PSA and Website files/databases assigned to a separate location, possibly a Percona DB cluster and NFS file storage cluster. Then each subsequent plesk server could connect to the common storage cluster...

Obviously a lot of other details to figure out regarding pushing updates to all nodes without breaking the cluster, IP addressing issues, etc...

But this would be a great feature for ensuring that your services stay online, even if hardware fails...

This would be a great addition, you want an out of office reply over a holiday, but who wants to physically initiate the out of office reply when you want to be away from the office. +++ votes from me.

Hi all, Thanks for your input, really appreciate this! As you know, in Plesk Onyx 17.8 we made a significant improvement that allows you to use several cloud storages or even SFTP for remote backups. In Plesk Onyx 17.9 we will continue to improve Plesk Backup Manager in general and Flexible Backup Scheduler Manager in particular.

Based on the initial description and comments I can highlight 3 scenarios in the scope of this request:

#1. Keep Daily & Weekly & Monthly backups at the same time: (Example: 2 weeks of daily backups + weekly backups by each Monday)

#2. Backup to different storages (like daily to FTP and monthly to Google Drive)

#3. Multiple Storages of the same type (like 2 different FTP servers)

ID in our Issue Tracker: PPM-1701
    -DL
