Is this about a four-eyes or six-eyes feature? Like one admin first needs to "prepare" domains or subdomains for deletion, then another admin can delete them? Could you please mention some details on the business case and why such a function would help users to work more efficiently with their server?

The new DNS Integration for Cloudflare extension is production-ready since Plesk 18.0.56, published October 10th, 2023. If you are using Cloudflare, you can now also benefit from the Cloudflare CDN.
Please comment which other CDN providers you are using in case this does not yet cater to your needs.

It will have useful cases like if some domain is important to be on server, to not have a situation that wrongly deletes domain or subdomain, lock feature will prevent to delete domain by accident, also if admin wants to delete domain or subdomain it is needed to be unlocked to able to delete it.
