    Yes, sure.
    I work with several medical institutions. They have their own servers as well as many partners.
    State medical partners and commercial.

    Commercial companies most often provide services for software that is installed in the front desk, as a service. It happens that the service is temporarily not working and an error or information is displayed on the monitors that is unnecessary to see. Such phenomena happen often because such things are connected by redirecting through the NS / DNS records.

    State medical services are also often connected through such records. At the moment when work is being carried out on the service side for medical institutions, it is easier to turn off the service for a while, then turn it on again.

    Disabling the site completely is not convenient, it is easier to temporarily stop the operation of some connected services. Switching between servers is also a common occurrence in this area, as data security and change of physical servers, but addresses often remain the same.

    Another frequent moment when there are third-party mail services, for example Google and others. There is a mail from domain function, and for example, there is a paid subscription to such services, and webmasters need to use different services according to the company's security policy, one month, another month, then the first one again. In this case, it's easier to temporarily disable entries and then enable them.

    I think this enable/disable feature would be useful.
