    Could you provide more information about your scenario? In particular, could you explain which settings you want to be automatically discovered and at which step of your scenario?

    UPD: We will evaluate the possibility of adding this functionality in the future releases. Note that this feature also depends on your mailing client.

    Scenario: let the user fill in their email address and password.The rest should be added automatically (incoming and outgoing server, ports, SSL or not, authentication or not,...). I use the "hostname of the server" as incoming and outgoing mailserver for all domains (not the seperate domain names on the server)

    Please implement as soon as possible.. don't wait but act!! My clients only want to / can enter their e-mail and password. All the rest should be automatically! Many many others already have this functionality...

    If I'm not wrong, you can do this as follow:
    - don't use the "forwarding", but just keep the "type hosting" on "website".
    - Add this line to the nginx settings: rewrite ^/$ https://www.yourdomain.com permanent;
    - Now you can add a let's encrypt certificate to the domain

    Popular or not... just act and implement this feature please! Your answer isn't very encouraging... There are many many websites that uses the wix'ses or squarespace'ses in this world for their website and plesk only for the mailboxes. This should be possible...

    Popular or not.. just implement this feature please! Mails from contact forms with php mail() are delivered in spam continuously and more and more... because the DKIM key isn't added to the e-mail. This is really basic security! Help fighting against spam and for legit email delivery!
