To configure the allowed FTP connections, go to Tools & Settings > Security Policy. We recommend that you only allow FTPS connections. As result – no mentioned problem with plain FTP.
Or do you mean something else? If so, what is your feature request?
If a source server only allows FTPS connections the Website Importer will not be able to connect via FTP to import a site's content. The Website Importer needs to support FTPS connections.Anonymous shared this idea ·

Since Plesk Onyx you will be able to install memcache as a Docker container and configure http(s) proxy rule for it to map to your web app.
Docker and proxy rules are available in Plesk Onyx Preview already, you can try it here https://talk.plesk.com/threads/plesk-onyx-preview-and-feedback.337172/
Docker also doesn't work with CloudLinux. The Docker solution is nowhere good enough!
