An error occurred while saving the comment Kaspar commentedCurrently when there are additional administrator accounts created on a Plesk server who've set a different language, Grafana Monitoring will still be shown in the language of the primary administrator user. Despite the fact that an additional administrator accounts can set his/her own language and Plesk is displayed in that language.
This leads to the strange situation where Plesk is displayed in one language and when accessing Grafana Monitoring all the graphs and monitoring settings are displayed in another language. Quite silly really. It would be nice if Grafana Monitoring adheres to the language set by the user.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kaspar commented@Vaclav Elias, yes, unfortunately SFTP support for Azure Blob has some limitations that, including resuming (interrupted) uploads. Because of those limitations I still feel native Azure Blob support would be preferred.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/blobs/secure-file-transfer-protocol-known-issues
But thank you for pointing it out :)
An error occurred while saving the comment Kaspar commentedThis suggestion unfortunately hasn't gained much traction, but it would be a great addition to Plesk if Azure Blob Storage became supported for backups. Currently only the S3 or (S)FTP remote backup options are usable for in business environments. Dropbox, OneDrive and Google Drive all have there limitations.
Azure is a great cloud environment and Blob Storage is a great product. Having a backup option in the same cloud environment would simplify things for Azure users.
I hope this feature becomes available one day.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kaspar commentedThis would very welcome addition and improvement to the File Manager.
The search function in the File Manager works really great. It's an easy and quick way to search for specific files. Much, much faster than clicking through all directories to find a file.
As a server administrator I use it quite often myself and I know many of my hosting customers are using it a lot too. The absence of file options (to delete, move or copy files) when using the search function is a real loss. As currently a user who has found a file (or multiple files) with search function has to clear the search first, remember the path where the files were found, navigate manually to those directories and delete (or move, or copy) the files one by one. Which very cumbersome.
Having the option to delete, move or copy files directly for searched file would make to experience much easier and quicker.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kaspar commentedTL;DR: This is a feature request for adding a feature wizard/showcase (for lack of a better name) to Plesk. Something that simply let's administrators choose whether they want to enable the new features that have become available when a Plesk update has been installed.
Detailed use case:
Currently, often new features are enabled by default when a Plesk update gets installed on existing Plesk installations. This is not always desirable and can cause confusion with Plesk server administrators. For example administrators might not want to enable new features directly as they become available because they want to familiarize themself with the feature first. Which might take them some time.I am sure that many Plesk administrators will have a bit more "peace of mind" when they have the option to choose which new features they want to enable after a Plesk update. It gives administrators more control over their Plesk installation and tailor it to their own needs.
The added benefit here, is that this way administrators are much more aware of new features are available too. Basically showcasing Plesk's hard work. Because I assume that not everybody reads the change log regularly.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kaspar commentedIt would be a welcome and very useful addition to Plesk if administrators could change the template (and content) of the password reset email.
Strang as it may sound in the highly digital world we live in, some users still struggle to reset/recover their own password. Having the option as a administrator to add additional information or specific instructions to the password reset email helps (end)users beter understand the process.
Even just an option to edit/modify a the email template via command line (without it being overwritten on the next Plesk update) would be a incredibly useful.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kaspar commentedThis actually is a useful addition. I've added the screen mockup posted by another Plesk user on the forum. I hope this feature makes it in to Plesk one day.

This is a valid request, so we'll look into it. There is no ETA at the moment, but we would really appreciate you voting for this request so that we can accurately assess its popularity relative to other features.
Thanks in advance!

An error occurred while saving the comment Kaspar commentedAlthough this is probably a niche request and might only benefit a small number of administrators is a really useful feature when managing multiple Plesk servers. Hopefully this feature will make it's way in to Plesk.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kaspar commentedThis is a request for the implementation of an optional extra layer of authentication via email for customers and resellers who want to login to a Plesk server. Which would improve security by making it much less effective/useful for customers to share their login details with others.
Although similar in concept to 2FA, this is different than the already available 2FA extension as "email account authentication" poses way less of a barrier to non tech savvy users as no additional apps or devices are needed for authentication. Just email.
Ideally it would work something like this: a server administrator could enable "email account authentication" so customers and resellers would be emailed an additional code they are required to enter after they login. The code gets sent via email to the customer after they login with their regular login details (username and password). It would be nice if the server administrator could configure an interval which would allow customers to skip the "email account authentication" for an X number of days (in panel.ini for example). So customers don't always have to enter the code emailed to them every time they login, but only once every X days.
(I can see this feature being useful for additional administrator accounts as well. But my main focus is on customers and resellers)
Use case:
Rather than creating separate login accounts for others who need access to a Plesk account, quite some customers easily share their own Plesk login details. For example with their (local) IT expert, their web developer or even friends and family. Which of course is not really a good security practice. To mitigate this issue email account authentication would be really useful.I realize this is probably a niche request, but I do think this might be of interest to quite some system administrators as it gives a some peach of mind. So hopefully this feature will find it's way in to Plesk.

This would be a great feature to have. Saving us time to access the Wordpress site(s) of customers in order to help them with any issue they have.
