  1. Customize Plesk Premium Email Logo and Footer

    Currently, the means are available to edit it. But not an administrator interface, fast and simple, in order to be able to sell the service as a reseller or simply as an end user. Since it is a paid service. They should add more plugins like this.

  2. create a mail setting so that messages from a specific mailbox could still be queued if outgoing mail limit was reached

    I have set some limits to Outgoing Mail Control. And there are times when the limit exceeds. When it exceeds, the default behavior is that sent messages will be rejected and will be bounced to the sender's inbox.

    I would like to have a separate setting so I can select a specific mailbox and messages from it could still be queued if limit was reached.

  3. Increase mailbox size above the default size

    Default Mailbox size is for example 5 GB per Mailbox. But on one Box, the client need more space. So it would be great, if all accounts stay on the standard Size. All mail addresses keep the default size, but one can increase the storage space. Currently, only the reverse is possible, but this makes little sense, as I don't want to adjust all the addresses individually, but only increase the one that has a compulsory requirement.

  5. Force port 587 for submission

    I would like to have the option to force users to use port 587 for submission, so they can't use port 25 to submit email, and this port 25 is only used for relay between smtp servers.

  6. Add option to exclude a customizable list of senders from receiving an auto-reply

    Don't send an autoresponder to an incoming message from your mailing list.

    Example:

    The message is sent to a mailing list, e.g. mailinglist@email.com

    The user who is added to this list receives a message. However, this user is currently on vacation and has an autoresponder running.

    Therefore, the sender who sent a message to mailinglist@email.com receives a message from the autoresponder from the user.

    If a company has 100 users added to one list, this creates a problem.

  7. Allow HTML for auto-responder

    The possibility of sending an automatic reply is already given in Plesk, but unfortunately only rudimentary. It would be nice if you could make your own corporate design with appropriate logo, legal notice ....

  8. When sending a mail with attached file archive it into ZIP with password automatically

    There are situations when a message with attached files should have these files in a ZIP archive.
    So, it would be good to have a feature for outgoing mail with automatical ZIP archivation of the attached files and set password protection of the archive. And also, send a password for this archive in a separate message (sending next to the message with the archive).

  10. Bulk enable auto-reply for multiple / all mailboxes

    Enabling the autoresponder has to be done one by one. There should be an option to do this in bulk for several or all mailboxes in a domain at once.

  12. Send Plesk's notifications over authenticated mail

    Feature to use SMTP authentication for Plesk's notifications, as some recipients (as Gmail) may block or put in spam these mails for not being authenticated.

  13. Condition for Mail-Forwarding

    Mailforwarding works fine for me, but it should be possible to restrict to certain conditions. The Switch "Enable Forwarding" should be a textfield where i can enter a email adress.

  14. Filter outgoing files in mails according to file type.

    It would be great to filter outgoing mail depending of the file type, same as we filter incoming emails, like other major providers like Microsoft and Google do.

  17. Migration/conversion tool from Mailman 2 to 3

    If a lot of Mailman maillists (hundreds on each server) are used on server with Mailman 2, it'd be great to have a tool for migrating/converting them to Mailman 3 (when it becomes supported in Plesk) on migrating/dist-upgrading to a new OS where Mailman 2 isn't available.

  18. Fix Auto-Reply to observe Reply-To address setting in incoming emails

    Currently, the Auto-Reply function always uses the original sender's address and totally ignores any Reply-To address setting in incoming mail.

    Reply-To is usually used when the sender address does not receive emails and ignoring this setting means that the Auto-Reply message is sent to a sender address where it will never be read. Clearly, this is pointless.

  19. Setup an sender name for autoresponder

    It looks unprofessional to send emails via autoresponder, just with the sender address, instead of the real sender name. This was already possible in Confixx and ist should be available in Plesk.

  20. Different spam settings for incoming and outgoing mail in Plesk Email Security.

    Currently, spam settings are configured under Plesk Email Security > Server Settings, and they are applied both for incoming and outgoing mails.
    It would be nice to have separate spam settings for incoming and outgoing mails.
