Manage add-on and subdomains under an extra tab on the domain details page
At the moment of writing I have 49 domains and almost all of them either have addon domains and subdomains, and when I log in in plesk and go to domains that list gets long and it is not user friendly at all if you God forbid you need to edit addon domains/subdomains of specific main Domain as interface is not friendly.
I was curious why you did not added new tab with Addon and subdomains so it is easy to add and manage them under selected domain?

Have some setting to limit days and timeframe of any updates
To have some settings to limit any kind of updates to be installed in the server like:
Day of the week, hour timeframe.
There's such settings in panel.ini but only for Plesk updates. I'm missing the same for System Updates and Hotfixes.10 votesCurrently, only major updates can be scheduled as described in https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12377016862103-How-to-manage-date-and-time-for-Plesk-autoupdates- and the forum thread https://talk.plesk.com/threads/update-times.355417/. System package updates and minor updates are not affected.

File Manager/code editor save the last used directories
And would be save sometime if you have anested folder structure to fastly navigate to the last used folders.
Maybe you could use the same logic as for the quick Change for Domains but instead of domains you could directories

File Manager / code editor last changed files
File Manager / code editor last changed files.
It would be quite nice if you could generate a small list of the last five up to ten files that changed under one Domain via code editor.
You can use the save buttons to get and changed date/timestamp and save it under in you my SQL table under the black database structure.

exclude a folder to be counted for disk usage statistics calculation
Add the possibility to select wich folders are counted or not to summarize in domamin statistics for Disk usage.

Add an option to hide files and folders that start with "."
Files/directories starting with a full-stop "." are marked hidden in *nix systems. Add an option to hide or unhide file/directories which names start with a ".".

customized and manageable welcome message for the domains
add ability to customize and manage visibility for welcome message for the domains.
This notification should be permanent so that customers can see it every time they log into the control panel.

Change Plesk Notification Pop-up Settings
Add the ability to change settings of the pop-up notification that shows-up on the bottom right, as to also change the timeout settings of the notifications when completed or failed.

Subscriptions list should show "Expiration date" column
It doesn't matter when Subscription was set up. Really useful information is when Subscription expires. That's why Subscription list should show column "Expiration date".

Merge Hosting Settings + Apache & nginx settings into a singe item
It's basically about the same thing and it makes sense to display this information on a single UI item.

Filtering on Domains view
Hard to navigate the site list when it gets longer.
Would be great to have filters, most importantly by Status (active, inactive, archived).
Hide disabled sites by default.

Specify exact value of Priority and Weight in SRV DNS record from Plesk UI
Once SRV DNS record is added in Plesk UI only drop down menus are available and exact value cannot be specified, for example Priority = 100.

API RPC/REST API to see mail accounts for a domain
It would be nice to have the ability to get list of mail accounts on a particular domain.

Restricted mode: select subdomains to lock for deletion
Create opportunity to select subdomains that are locked for deletion by additional admin user

Add an opporunity to see the preview of the separate page
When editing custom error pages in the Plesk UI it is convenient to see thre result so the page could be rendered and showed in any suitable manner
