  1. Possibility to manage time syncronization in Plesk on Debian 10 / Ubuntu 20 / CentOS 8

    Plesk supports Debian 10, Ubuntu 20 and CentOS 8, but currently it's not possible to manage network time settings in Tools & Setting > System Date and Time > Network Time on these operating systems.

    Despite of having native systemd-timesyncd.service (that manages time syncing out of the box), it would be easier to manage NTP time settings using Plesk interface.

  3. Make firewall CLI more usable

    At the moment, it is mandatory to use a second ssh session to confirm the changes. Therefore, you cannot easily script things like setting up a firewall on a new Plesk server.
    Also, it's not possible to deactivate or modify the default rules like it's possible via GUI.

    • Implement a "--force" parameter to be able to setup the firewall via script
    • Make it possible to modify existing rules
    • Make it possible to deactivate rules

  4. mark ham email messages as spam serverwide on Plesk Email Security Pro

    Can not mark ham messages as spam serverwide on Plesk Email Security Pro. Many spam messages and senders look HAM but actually spam. This should be handled by server admin, not individual email clients.

  5. Tool to activate sftp support or enable in libcurl to get SFTP Backup running

    sftp Backup works only if sftp is supported. There is no tool to activate sftp to prevent error message

  6. Skip 2FA plugins when logging into Wordpress through the WP Toolkit login button

    When the miniOrange 2 Factor Authentication (MFA) plugin is enabled Wordpress Toolkit provides a failed login attempt error and sends a notification before letting to insert MFA. It would be better if when logging in to WP Dashboard from Plesk UI there will be no failed login attempts when any mfa is enabled

  7. Add docker containers to plesk migrator

    I'm in a position where I'm offering my customers elastic server and redis server usage access via docker. This helps isolate them, secure their data and also guarantee resources.

    However it's getting really tedious to migrate the subscriptions because of this. I would love it if there was a way to migrate docker containers between plesk installations

    Additionally it would be awesome if there was a way to create a link between docker container and subscription. That way when I migrate a subscription, only the relevant docker containers would get migrated

  8. Make mass selection for files and folders

    When I need to select several files or folders I have to select them one by one. Could you add a feature to select several files by holding Shift button, for example?

  9. Ability to create a mailbox for a domain only managed by Administrator

    create a specific mailbox on a domain which customer has access where he is unable to delete the email address, change it's passwords, disable it, etc.

  12. Reseller plan import/export

    It would be great to add functionality/extension for such purposes, the same as for hosting plans (https://www.plesk.com/extensions/hp-exporter/)

  13. Configure plesk email security settings per domain

    Since we've installed Plesk Email Security it's not possible to configure all the mailboxes within a domain with a specific SpamAssassin configuration.

    The only options available are per mailbox or server-wide which lacks of functionality when we've more than 100 mailboxes on a domain.

  14. Add the "Switch View" button in Plesk interface for Resellers

    When logged in to the panel as the Administrator, it is possible to switch between Service Provider and Power User views using a button in the bottom left corner.

    However, this button is missing when logged in as a Reseller. It is still possible to switch the view via Tools & Settings > Interface Preferences, but it is not as convenient.

    Please add the "Switch View" button for Resellers as well.

  15. Add feature to import/export docker containers

    Currently Plesk allows only create Docker containers from the scratch, however in case customers move whole their infrastructure to server with Plesk there is no official way to transfer Docker containers from source environment.   16. View Azure DNS nameservers under customers

    Currently, only Plesk admin can see nameservers by clicking the 'Zone NS records' button. It is necessary to implement this feature under Domains > example.com > Azure DNS, too, so the customers can see zone NS records, as well.

  18. Set dates in the bandwidth calculation based on the initial plan billing date

    Be able to customize/manually set the starting dates in the bandwidth calculation based on the initial plan billing date.

    I.E.: If my customer plans is from (15 / november / 2020 - 14 / December / 2020), how can i set this dates in the bandwidth calculation for this subscription).

  20. Additional account for reseller with same permissions

    We as web agency have the following use-case:

    • We run the Plesk server

    • A customer of us acts like a reseller for us and we configure him as reseller in Plesk

    • This reseller creates his customers with their subscriptions. The reseller manage different customers with different subscriptions.

    • Our customer acting as reseller has a team managing his customers.

    • Each team member of the managing team of our customer (acting as reseller) should have his own user. These users should have access to all subscriptions of all the customers of the reseller.
      (a copy of the initial reseller user)
