  1. Setup hostname for mail autodiscover per domain

    You should add a simple option to specify mail server hostname when autodiscover is enabled on domain level...

    example:
    main.domain -> Web
    mail.main.domain ->Mail server (this one should be in autodiscover xml response for incoming/outgoing hostname )

  2. Webhosting Migration Windows with central Smartermail Server

    Make Migrations possible for Windows Plesk Hosting Servers with central Smartermail Server. right now it's not possible to move/migrate hosting from source to destination windows plesk server if same central remote smartermail mailserver is used. would be great if we could just move webhosting part from older windows to newer windows hosting server and let all mail accounts and mails untached on central remote smartermail server.

  3. Ability to clone databases with definers

    On the attempt to clone database with DEFINER Plesk failed if there is no the same user on destination database.

    Currently, it is required either manually remove definer from database dump or add super priveleges: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005033014-Unable-to-import-MySQL-dump-using-Import-Dump-feature-in-Plesk-ERROR-1227-42000-at-line-1421-Access-denied-you-need-at-least-one-of-the-SUPER-privilege-s-for-this-operation

    Since Mysql version 5.7.8 it is possible to use the --skip-definer option with mysqldump:

    The suggestion is to add ability to clone database skipping definers as option in Plesk GUI

  5. Add functionality for Watchdog to monitor extension services

    Currently, the Watchdog component can not monitor extension services.
    Suggest to add extensions services (e.g. Immunify 360) to the list of the services scanned by Watchdog.

  6. Add multiple Git users with SSH Key authentication

    We are waiting for this feature in Plesk: https://plesk.uservoice.com/forums/184549-feature-suggestions/suggestions/18772873

    We've to apply manually the commands described in here, which is not the desired user experience: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006103313

    Said that, I'm creating this request because it would be a great step if Plesk would also allow Git users with SSH Key authentication. There isn't any workaround available, which is quite frustrating that after 2 years Plesk didn't implement it.

  7. When subscription on source server is deleted after migration do not remove DNS zone on slave DNS

    After a migration the DNS zone for a subscription should not be removed from slave servers configured with Slave DNS Manager extension, if Plesk server is not the master for the zone.

  8. be able to set list view quantities and keep it what you select

    you only have one list setting so its spanned over pages...be able to set a list view and remember it.

  9. Add support for the Cluster module in Passenger

    Add support for the Cluster module in Passenger supplied with Plesk:
    https://nodejs.org/api/cluster.html#cluster_cluster

    Currently, when Node Cluster module is called on a NodeJS application configured in Plesk in development mode, the following error is be shown:

    Trace: You required the Node Cluster module, which is incompatible with Passenger, a non-functional shim was returned and your app may still work. However, please remove the related code as soon as possible.

  10. Add the option to remove certain domain names or its parts from Let's Encrypt certificates auto-renewal notifications

    Add the option to remove certain domain names from Let's Encrypt certificates auto-renewal failure (customer's digest) and Let's Encrypt certificates auto-renewal success (customer's digest).

    For example, I have domain example.com without "www" part (by design) that is secured with Let's Encrypt certificate for example.com (without "www" part). Plesk sends the notification that the www.example.com could not be secured. With the suggested option it will be possible to switch off such notification for "www" part only so that the regular notification for example.com will be active.

  11. Redirect to https and only after to www when HSTS and www prefered domain are enabled

    Hello, it would be good if Plesk can redirect to https and only after to www when www prefered domain is enabled because when submitting your domain on https://hstspreload.org it gives me this error (I replaced my domain by a fake one obviously)

  12. Set up MX records for G Suite Gmail in one click

    Would be nice to get some extension for plesk users so they can switch mx from default to G Suite Gmail in "one click".

    Similar to Remote MX Wizard for cPanel

  13. Handling or gzip compressed email

    Hello,

    At the moment mail server shipped with Plesk is not able to store or handle emails compressed by Gzip on the file system.

    Please add functionality to support compresses emails or option to enable email compression.

  14. Better Database Server Assignment / Visibility

    Currently you only have the option to do nothing and "SHOW ALL" database servers or restrict to a single database server per subscription by using the permissions tab. This means each user that falls under this criteria need a custom service plan.

    We would like to display more than a single database server for clients that choose to pay extra for an additional database server that only they can use. Some projects grow and they need an additional database server - or in some cases they need to migrate data between the old database server (sometimes local to plesk server)…

  15. Add the ability to apply DNS Template to existing domains on Windows

    This feature exists on Linux. So it will be great to have the same on Windows as well. It will make it easier to manage DNS on servers with many domains.

  16. Add support to the WordPress Toolkit for sites with different "WordPress URL" and "Site URL" settings

    The WordPress settings has an option for the WordPress URL and the Site URL to be different - i.e. the WordPress site files are in a sub-directory. But sites in this configuration do not work properly in the WordPress Toolkit.

    Given this is a core feature of WordPress and one used by a lot of sites, I think support for it in the WordPress Toolkit should be a priority.

  17. Ability to enable the detailed error messages in IIS

    Currently, this can be enabled in IIS > example.com > Error pages > Edit feature settings

    or Domains > example.com > File Manager and adjusting the web.config file manually

    The native functionality to enable/disable detailed errors in Domains > example.com > IIS Settings will be easier for customer. Without involving server administrator or adjusting web.config manually.

  18. Separate notifications about each of entities included in DiskUsage

    Currently it is possible to set notifications about "Whole" Disk usage of a subscription (mail, databases, web files). Yes, it is possible to exclude some units for calculating in T&S > Server Settings, however it would be great if customer/administrator received notifications about each separate resource overuse, that can be defined. (Mailboxes or web)

  19. Ability to set default timezone for all newly created WordPress instances

    Scenario:
    For example the specific time zone is set in Plesk > Tools & Settings > System Tine > You time zone (GMT+03:00) Europe/Sofia

    However, after creating a new WordPress instance timezone will be set as UTC +0 in WordPress admin dashboard > Settings > General.

    Request:
    Add the ability in WordPress Toolkit use the same timezone which is set in Plesk > Tools & Settings > System Tine > You time zone or ability to set the default time zone for all newly created WordPress instances.

  20. It would be great if you could add features such as META description, Snipper, META title in to your SEO toolkit.

    At the moment no features to add, edit META description, META title, Snipper in the SEO toolkit. I would suggest you to include those features so that users can easily use those features.
