    I'd love to see WebDAV for backups, so cloud storage can be used.

  2. Better fighting spam

    Hello Pleskians, here some appointments for a better antispam solution

    • All major spammers knows rules of spamassassin so he very ineffective.
    • The training mode (inside of round cube) "Mark as spam" DOENS'T WORK, does not matter how long, how much you mark as spam.
    • If this suppose to work will be better to have a server-side to learn with all customers.

    • there is a plugin to integrate on Roundcube maybe will work
      Control SpamAssassin settings from within Roundcube

    • into domain blacklist - please block as well subdomains

    Upd: We’re happy to announce that DMARC support is now available in Plesk Onyx. You can enable DMARC to check incoming mail on a Linux-based server (using any mail server supported by Plesk) or on a Windows-based server (using SmarterMail only).   3. Greylisting

    Add GUI for email greylisting per email account in Plesk Onyx. Also add a 'Detection Only' mode to allow a testing period, similar to spam filters and mod_security.

  4. Disable Scheduled tasks for disabled domain

    If I disabled, suspend domain or account the cronjobs still working​

    Tasks and sytem user are subscription level objects. So, they are disabled when you suspend a subscription. If you suspend or disable a domain tasks and system user are not disabled.

    Please, update plesk system change level object to domain, not to suscription.

  5. auto Responder e-mail E-Mail with functions

    It would be really nice, if you can ad a autoresponder funktion with additional features like

    -startdate
    -Timefunktion (start at 8.00 or finish 17.00 h)
    -repeat function (example: every monday and tuesday)
    -activation per app
    -html in content area

  6. Implement option to enable and disable "auto delete any emails flagged as spam by SA" when "Apply individual settings to spam filtering" opt

    Details: In individual mailbox, there should be an option (checkbox) to delete spam by SpamAssassin.

  7. Disable native "PHP settings" button if LVE Manager is installed in CloudLinux

    My situation:
    CoudLinux with LVE manager is installed and PHP version is being chosen in PHP selector.

    Now it is hard to explain to my customers what exactly button should be clicked when there are two icons with the same functionality available:
    - PHP Settings (native Plesk's button)
    - PHP Selector (Button which becomes available once lvemanager is installed in CloudLinux).

    And I suggest you to disable the native button "PHP Settings" once lvemanager is installed. In order not to confuse customers.

    Or at least you can add a checkbox "Turn off native php settings button". For example under Tools&Settings…

  8. Implement OSSEC

    Implement as an add-on, or possibly through an Extension, the ability to install and configure OSSEC. An Extension GUI which provides simple, limited functionality to configure the most frequently used features of OSSEC would be an awesome addition to Plesk.

  10. Limiting inodes for client, reseller, subscription

    Hello,
    is good idea to limit users files count. This limit will restrict users from generating
    thousands of files, makes faster backups creations. Directadmin and cpanel has this feature and it is very usefull for hosting.

  12. Recycle IIS application pool on specific time

    In IIS 8 I can put a specific time to recycle the application pool. See screenshot.
    But in plesk Onxy I can't. This is very misleading. Because now I have to make a scheduled task in windows to make this happen. I prefer to do this in plesk, because I want to manage all my application pools settings in Plesk Onxy not in IIS 8.

    From my opinion Plesk did already a good job to put some recycle settings in the Plesk interface. Can the specific time setting for recycling the appliction pool be added?

  13. Add "Add my IP" near or above "Allow remote connections from"

    Please add a simple button that retrieve my actual public IP and inserts it in the "Allow remote connections from" text area.
    The page is the database user edit (or creation).

  15. Off site backup on the fly. Currently offsite backup needs half the disc to be empty to work

    Currently the Plesk backup routine to FTP off-site or Dropbox is clumsy in the it makes a tar file (not compressed as far as I can see) on the server BEFORE sending it to the remote storage server. So to back up 20gb you need at another 20gb free on the original server to be backed up. The programme should be able to tar compress send with a small cache on the fly. I cannot use the PLESK back-up as I am 60% full on the VPS

  16. Better MSSQL handling

    • MS SQL Server 2012 Express via Plesk Installer is configured to use dynamic ports by default and this causes a warning in Tools & Settings > Database Serrvers. Packages installed through your installer should not cause a warning by default :)

    • Improve the behavior of field "Allow remote connections from", under Domains > domain.tld > Databases > User Management > username because the generated firewall rule is OFF by default; maybe this is by design, infact the field description states "Your changes in this list will be pre-moderated by your hosting provider.", but the admin doesn't get any notification about…

  18. Add ipset in Firewall to increase performance

    Please extend the Firewall / Concept to make the use of ipset, because it is generally the fastest solution i found so far. Chains like "f2b-recidive" can also be implemented as ipset list. This will speed up the whole process while adding or removing ips. I dont know if there is a cidr support in ipset...

    For example, remove the following chain:

    f2b-plesk-postfix tcp -- 0.0.0.0/0 0.0.0.0/0 multiport dports 25,465,587

    And extend the firewall with a native DROP on the ports as described below:

    DROP tcp -- 0.0.0.0/0 0.0.0.0/0 multiport dports 25,465,587 match-set f2b-plesk-postfix src

    And then (or before?) just…

  20. System Updates and Extension Updates History

    It would be nice to have a simple listing of the last 30 days or so history of System Updates and Extension Updates. Currently when Plesk updates System components or extensions automatically, we're left wondering what was updated, unless we dig into the server logs via command-line. Thanks for all your hard work BTW.
