Add line endings convertor into Code editor windows like it is in the Text editor
There is line endings convertor in Text editor but Code editor has no. Furthermore Code editor changing line endings into Windows (or browser provided, I'm not sure) mode.

Implement a new interface for Administrator of Plesk
Please implement a new interface for Administrator in Plesk. As a reference a new interface of WordPress Toolkit can be taken - all instances are present on one page, and configuration for each of them can be accessed from the same page, without transition to another menu. The same can be applied to Adminstrator dashboard - only not instances, but all options and features (domains, databases, applications) are located and accessed from the same page. Even though Power User view provides access to all option from one page, when opening a tab it transistion to another one.

PHP 5.6 support for Ubuntu 18.04
Please add PHP 5.6 to Ubuntu 18.04. There are still sites that need to migrate to newer versions of CMS while the old site supports only PHP 5.4 to 5.6.
It makes it much simpler to run old and new CMS versions parallel on one server to migrate.2 votesWe use not modified PHP versions from PHP developers. The problem here in that compiling PHP 5.x on modern OS version is impossible duу to some important libraries incompatibility. So, it is OS and PHP related question but not Plesk. If OS vendors will support PHP 5.x in their latest OSes, we will add their support too.

smartermail contact list backup
When creating backup of domain and using SmarterMail, contact lists are not backed up.
Please consider this option so that contacts are also backed up when performing a backup.

Plesk should recognize the failure of backup at FTP Storage as an emailable error.
In Scheduled Backup settings, you can tick; "if errors occur during the execution of this backup tasks send a notification email to...". However, if the backup is set up to go to FTP Storage and the FTP site can't be reached, the backup is done to the Server Storage and no error email is sent. This is a problem because if a few days of backups intended for FTP Storage fail and go to Server Storage, contracted server space could be exceeded causing Plesk to suspend / disable the site.
Plesk should complete the backup to the Server Storage, but…

Import Awstats from CPanel with Plesk Migration

Setting to lock a service plan for new customers/domains.
Hey there,
I just wanted to change the default php version in all our service plans, but then all customers would have the new php version too. I can't just change it, 50% of the websites would be offline for sure.
Can you add a setting to lock a service plan for new customers? So i can just clone the service plan and change the php version. You shouldn't be able to chose the old service plans, just the new ones.1 voteThank you for your input!

Ability to repair/delete broken account with repair.exe
There was issue, website did not work (shown permissions denied error) due to broken account on httpdocs folder (like Account Unknown (S-1-5-21-*) ). issue was solved by removing manually this account and executing "%plesk_cli%\repair.exe" --repair-webspace-security -webspace-name.
It would be great if repair.exe can delete/notify about broken account in permissions when executing for domain.1 voteThank you for your input!

Matrix, not listings for whitlist
I suggest
Currently, the whitelist for each mail account is stored as individual lists. In groups (families, small businesses, clubs, etc. ) these lists are time-consuming to maintain. It is easier to maintain these as a matrix. So I suggest to keep the TAB "whitelist", but to link to a single central matrix file.2 votesThank you for your input!

Enable excluding folders on Protected Directories
Right now it is not possible to use a protected domain on /, while using Let's Encrypt, as it also "protects" /.well-known.
