  2. Add official support for PHP APCu - revisited.

In an "idea" posted in 2018 - and declined -, you said "As far as I know APC/APCu is outdated..."
That is incorrect. APC is outdated because PHP now uses it internally. APCu, however, is the new version of APC for external use, and it's very much up to date.
For certain applications, APCu is significantly faster than memcached or redis.
I have a shared server and can't use APCu because Plesk (still) doesn't officially support it.

This request has not received many votes. We must decline it.

However, you will find a guide how to use APCu with Plesk, even though it is not officially supported, here: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003211209

APCu is a PECL extension. These can be installed using the PECL installer built into Plesk. Tools & Settings > General Settings > PHP Settings > Click on PHP version > button "Manage PECL Packages"

  4. Compile PHP 7.4 with Argon2

Argon2 is default for TYPO3 since the release of TYPO3 Core version 9: https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/reference-coreapi/master/en-us/ApiOverview/PasswordHashing/Index.html.

It won the password hashing competition and is the recommended hashing algorithm.

It must be enabled by re-compiling PHP 7.4 with --with-password-argon2[=DIR] .

The panel UI is under constant development including many usage tests. While there are no specific plans to make a rounded UI at this time, it can very well be that this will be done in the future if tests prove this to be desired by many users. As for this request it did not become popular. We must decline it.

  8. Database user permission is set according to the database server type

Migrator should take into account the database server type (remote or local) and change user permissions accordingly. Currently, users that was set on the source with permissions to connect locally to a local database are migrated to the target with the same permissions, despite the fact, that on the target database server is set as a remote. That leads to inability to connect to remote database for that user on the source after migration and migrator change the permission accordingly.

  9. Allow hard disk quota to be set for multiple drives

When setting hard disk quota for domains or subscriptions, allow the user to set limits for drives other than that stored in HTTPDVHOSTSD (e.g.: /dev/sda) such as /dev/sdb, /dev/sda2, etc.

Plesk can only calculate disk usage of files that it knows about (that are part of the Plesk universe on the server). By design it is not expected to have files outside the structures that are known to Plesk. It does not seem to make much sense to calculate the total disk usage for a user within Plesk for files that cannot be reached by Plesk or by the user through the Plesk panel. We must decline this request as it also did not receive a significant number of votes.

  16. Automate Abuse Reports to ASNs, from Plesk run Logs, According to pre-defined Scenarios, and Excluding White Listed IPs

    Hi,

After blocking full CIDR ranges for small to medium ISPs hackers used to attack our server, I manually block huge ranges of CIDR IPs of the big tech companies. This ISPs have so many IPs that FireWall might not be able to technically block.

I find it important, that big hosts would sweat, for hosting such hackers, and possibly not blocking them efficiently, mainly blocking payment methods they use.

Thus, I would very much would like lots of users to have an automatic tools enabling automatic Abuse reports (usign email or pre analyzed report forms), for pre-defined rules-set (i.e.,…

  19. Polyfilling support implementation, Safari 12.x

Implement polyfilling support so that Safari 12.x can be used to access and use Plesk Obsidian. It's observed that polyfilling support is implemented but not everywhere: at least Domains and Customers tabs are not displayed.

This feature request did not become popular through the years. The usage scenario described in the comments is not plausible. Limiting by IP address does not have any advantage over limiting by mailbox, domain or subscription. We must decline this request.
