    My clients websites are running PHP 5.6.x and 7.0.x.

    My clients have pushed me to work over new-year due to the dramatic change to PHP 7.x, but your system is still stuck in PHP 5.5 (possible since are not "4D thinkers" and leave Composer not working for us, that makes you the bottleneck, please fix it...

  2. PHP settings should not reset to default when customer changes PHP version

    PHP settings are customized in the service plan:
    memorylimit

    max
    executiontime

    max
    inputtime

    post
    maxsize

    upload
    maxfilesize
    opcache.enable

    disable
    functions

    In a subscription with this service plan assigned, PHP settings are reset after php version changed under customer account. They should not be reset.

    I still do not understand how it is related to Plesk and where is feature request here. But I suppose that you need to install SSL certificate for your site. In case if it is really Plesk related question I’d suggest you read Plesk documentation about installing SSL certificates.

  7. provide a way to increase memory_limit for scheduled tasks

    I'm experiencing an issue that seems fairly common for magento2 developers with plesk. When I try to add the cron job for magento 2 I hit a memory exhausted error at 128MB.

    The proposed way in

    doesn't work for this case.

    For example I'm setting the cron job like this

  9. Fix Fail2Ban "Cannot add a custom filter to fail2ban"

    There is a known issue in the fail2ban UI where filters don't show up if they are missing the "ignoreregex" property:

    The form input on /admin/server-protection/add-filter should be validated either server-side and the user should be redirected to an error page, or the form could be checked client-side with JavaScript and show an error if there are no lines =~ "^[[:space:]]"ignoreregex" in the rule definition.

  16. git rid of the low-tech Smarter Webmail technology.

    as it causes so many problems by crashing in the middle of writing emails. I am getting very frustrated and would like to reach into the system and rip it out. Another thing, the asinine script doesn't run properly in Firefox when writing emails, so Vivaldi is the only solution, when it runs.

    We are the authors of the Plesk Panel. When you open a Smarter Webmail, you are redirected to web interface of another product. As a workaround, you can use a desktop email client.

    I have changed php version from plesk so my php version is 7.1 but i am unable to install libraries because my php-cgi version is still 5.4.15.

    i have checked via ssh, my php -v and php-cgi --version are different. Can you please suggest what should i do to change php-cgi version.

  18. fix your auto renewal function so customers don't lose access to their emails

    We lost access to our email server because of some fault in your automatic renewal payment function. This is extremely frustrating. We could potentially be out of email for up to 48 hours all because of some billing problem. We have been on automatic payment for years and our payment isn't even due until Aug. 27th.
