  1. Actual plesk suspended page

    Hello

    It became more than necessary to have an actual suspended status that does not throw 503 error or disable a domain to the point where it looses DNS sync. Suspended subscription or Plan should gray all functionalities and display a specific Account Suspended Messeage

  2. Add possibility to get list of all service plans using REST API

    At the moment it is not possible to get a list of service plans using REST API( CLI gate).
    The service plans managing is missed for REST API

  4. Plesk Migrator extension should be able to migrate server settings

    Plesk Migrator should have options for migrating Server Settings. For example, have a checkbox for migrating the server timezone, Server hostname, DNS Template, etc.

  5. Ability to set IP address on Plesk home page

    Currently, the IP address shown on the Plesk Home page is the first IP that was added to the server. It is required to have ability to select IP address to show on Plesk home page. It will be easier for admins to manage Plesk servers.

  6. Ability to configure cloud storage extensions via CLI/API

    It is required to have ability to configure cloud backup configuration (set users, specify type and locations) via CLI/API to automate and speed up process. For example, Amazon S3 extension

  7. Please add a postfix dashboard to Advanced Monitoring / Grafana

    Please add a postfix dashboard to Advanced Monitoring like this one:

    This allows us to monitor postfix and detect issues much easier without having to search in the /var/log/maillog.

  8. Disk encryption

    Disk level encryption.
    Similar to what AWS offers with RDS.
    Encryption at rest for the entire server rather than doing it column by column manually.

  9. Add possibility to view FTP log file via Plesk GUI.

    Add possibility to view FTP /var/log/plesk/xferlog file via Plesk GUI.

    It will be helpful in order to check what operations were made by FTP accounts.

    Also, add a possibility to download this file via Plesk GUI and convert this file to PDF and CSV formats.

  10. Supply versions of Apache newer than provided by OS vendors

    Currently, Plesk supports Apache from the Linux vendor and does not provide its own Apache build. For example, CentOS 6 has Apache 2.2 by default.

    Based on the article comment it would be good to have more recent Apache version in use: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213901685?page=1#comment_360001830960

    Apache 2.4.6 was released in 2013 (!) in the meantime the latest version is Apache 2.4.46 (august 2020).
    I understand Plesk cannot update Apache every time to a newer version, however still running 2.4.6 is a bit absurd.

    Furthermore there are quite a few CVE fixes in the newer versions along with several new performance tweaks /…

  12. Allow setting of ip adresses for docker containers when multiple nics are available

    When a server has multiple external ip adresses (either dedicated network interfaces or alias interfaces) it should be possible via the UI to specify (in addition to the port mapping) the ip address that are recognized by the system.

    This could be a dropdown with i.e.
    "any" (any of the ip addresses)
    81.169.175.40
    81.169.175.41
    ...

  13. Disable webmail for a specific mailbox

    It would be good an option to disable webmail for a specific mailbox instead of the whole domain in cases where we do not want someone accessing the account outside of their workplace.

  14. Add Additional Plesk Email Notifications

    Add Native Plesk Email Notifications for following Plesk events:
    Panel User Login
    Panel User Login Attempt Failed

    It can be associated with time stamp, URL, IP, event name, login name.

    For now, this functionality can only be achieved with the Plesk Event Manager and custom mailing scripts.

  15. Add the option to remove certain domain names or its parts from Let's Encrypt certificates auto-renewal notifications

    Add the option to remove certain domain names from Let's Encrypt certificates auto-renewal failure (customer's digest) and Let's Encrypt certificates auto-renewal success (customer's digest).

    For example, I have domain example.com without "www" part (by design) that is secured with Let's Encrypt certificate for example.com (without "www" part). Plesk sends the notification that the www.example.com could not be secured. With the suggested option it will be possible to switch off such notification for "www" part only so that the regular notification for example.com will be active.

  16. Add functionality for Watchdog to monitor extension services

    Currently, the Watchdog component can not monitor extension services.
    Suggest to add extensions services (e.g. Immunify 360) to the list of the services scanned by Watchdog.

  17. Allow configuring Smart Updates to check process such as Checkout

    Allow configuring Smart Updates to check process such as the Checkout when Wordpress is used as an online store (WooCommerce) so it ensures that performing the upgrade won't break the checkout process from beginning to end.

    And/Or allow the ability to configure custom testing scenarios.

  18. Automatically synchronize folders created via outlook in Plesk Premium Email Kolab

    Since Kolab Syncroton does not enable sync on newly created folders, it should be enabled manually.

    They would need to select the ActiveSync device ID, click to enable the synchronization of the folder and save the changes.

    While it was nice if there will be an ability to do so automatically.

  19. Add multiple Git users with SSH Key authentication

    We are waiting for this feature in Plesk: https://plesk.uservoice.com/forums/184549-feature-suggestions/suggestions/18772873

    We've to apply manually the commands described in here, which is not the desired user experience: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006103313

    Said that, I'm creating this request because it would be a great step if Plesk would also allow Git users with SSH Key authentication. There isn't any workaround available, which is quite frustrating that after 2 years Plesk didn't implement it.

  20. Allow changing the percentage threshold when mail quota warning is sent and also allow CC to administrator

    Allow changing the percentage when the mail quota warning is sent, in small sized mailboxes the 95% could be almost to late.
    So it would be good to have an option to adjust it for example to 85% or other values.
