domain transfer
How I can move my domain to another provider?
1 voteJust make a backup of your domain content, download the file and then ask another provider for assistance. They shall be able to handle the rest.

1 voteThe mail folder is not accessible via FTP to prevent incidental damage. Can you tell why would you need to have this folder?

remove symbolic links from the Wordpress Update finder in Server Management
The Wordpress Installation manager in Server Management is really cool - however, when a symbolic link is used on a Wordpress install, this manager thinks the symbolic link + the actually location are both independent installs.

provide support for EXIF in PHP
currently have the php 5.4 support, here i found you have "mbstring" support but do not have "exif" support, it is required to know the image file type by php, and found just bellow then mbstring.dll, with name php_exif.dll, under php.ini, file, requested to enable the exif support for php for all hosting a/c

Show Wordpress plugins list
The tab menu "Plugins" under "Wordpress" is empty. It does not show the plugins. Bug? We have around 10-20 Wordpress sites.

Custom error documents default settings
The actual condition is as follow:
Plesk11.0
Access to Domains > Open in Control Panel > Websites & Domains > domain.name > Custom error documents
Plesk12.0
Domains > Websites & Domains > Hosting Settings > Custom error documents > Custom error documents
Above mentioned configuration is enabled as a default but
as for CLI said as follow:[root@Plessk11GMO bin]# pwd
/usr/local/psa/bin
[root@Plessk11GMO bin]# ./subscription -hUsage: subscription command <subscription_name> [options]
Available options: -err_docs <true|false> Custom error documents support (default: false)[root@Plessk11GMO bin]#
Actual result is enabled but CLI help statement "(default: false)" leads confusion.
My request is modify from (default:…1 voteThe default value of this option is used when subscription is created via CLI without specifying any hosting plan and without providing a value for this option. If a subscription is created via Plesk UI, values of hosting options (including “Custom error documents”) are set based on what is specified in the selected hosting plan.

How-to for settings before use plesk tool
I'm using plesk panel but the local support do not offer information about use in a dicdatical way. What if the panel Plesk at 1st use have a wizard that ask for some informations to configure the Plesk correctly? Exemple: configure Clients, domains, signatures, plans, tools and utilities before to use Plesk is a good (and useful) thing for beginners.

Light version of Plesk
I think it would be beneficial to create a version of Plesk that uses less resources. The light version would have all the hosting and security services of the full version, but would not include Presence Builder, Word press or any other application not needed for managing server.
1 voteWe agree with a need to reduce resource consumption and every new release we do optimisation.
However neither Web Presence Builder, nor Wordpress would consume resources when not used. So this proposal would not help to the the problem you stated.
Anyway Web Presence Builder will become optional in future release

get your product to work properly
at the moment you haove sold software that simply doesn't work. it is impossible for dreamweaver to establish an ftp connection with it. Also the passwords it generates are useless because they are too complicated and you can't save them. So it you don't record them before you start they become unusabel. Not sure whether you bought the software from us (Parallels) or some hosting provider reselling our software. I guess the latter is more likely, so you are probably confusing us (software vendor) with your hosting provider.
The passwords complexity can be easily changed in server settings (“Tools and Settings” menu). If you are not server admin, than you have to reach to your hosting provider with this request.
It is completely impossible for us to judge why dreamweaver cannot connect your FTP. As a first step we can recommend to try manual FTP connection, at least you will see some sort of error message. Your hosting provider will be able to help better with this problem.

how can i change the temp folder in my shared hosting
I have uploaded a project on my shared hosting and I am unable to upload any single image. Only got an error "could not able to move in the uploads folder"
When I did Research on it more, than I found that the temp folder path is not set correctly, currently it is showing as C:/windows/Temp/
but I have a shared hosting and I have a temp folder on my root folder and I want to get my php.ini file changed with the new folder path as my hosted temp folder.Could you please change it for me. I am…

In general you cannot have your own temporary folder. You can experiment in “PHP Settings” menu with customizing configuration file -
