Add possibity to configure default service plans for reseller's customers.

Have a "call-in PIN" (support phone password) field in each user account
I think a call in pin would be nice. Something that the user can change, but it is kept hidden unless they are logged in and click on it to see it. This will allow for end users to request help securely.

Separate rotation for backups hosted in clouds
When on Plesk server there is not much space, and on clouds (like Amazon S3), there is a lot - the separate rotation for backups would be useful: to set on Plesk to rotate frequently, and in the cloud - far more rarely.

Forbid customers to remove some specific folders via FileManager or FTP
It would be very helpful to add a new feature in Plesk in order to deny customers to remove some specific folders via FileManager or FTP.
For example:
Currently, any customer can get in website root folder /var/www/vhost/example.com/ > Select all folders > Remove them. This can cause a big problem as it will remove error_docs, logs, httpdocs, GIT keys and other subdomain content.With this new feature, Plesk administrator will be sure that these folders will not be deleted, however, the customer still will be able to create, modify, content from his folders.

don't automatically remove spam from .Spam
There is a harcoded delete_interval="30" in /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/spamtrain. So nearly all my spam just got wiped and SpamAssassin has nothing to train with.
Please make this interval costumizable and deactivable.

Integrate option to interrupt copy processes
I've copied a larger website to another destination, but I needed to interrupt the process, because something needed to get changed first. But there is no way to do so, I needed to wait a couple minutes before the task was done, why is there no option to cancel the current process? You could add an additional alert, if someone really wants to cancel it, but I see no reason, why this option is not available at all.

Notification with list of expiring subscriptions
Currently, "Subscription expiration warning" notification is sent per subscription.
The feature to manage notification with all expiring subscriptions would be very useful

Website Importer must allow FTPS connections
Let's face it, any host doing things right will have plain FTP disabled. Therefore the Website Importer will almost always fail. It absolutely has to be able to connect over FTPES/FTPS. Is this even on the roadmap? It's a great feature, if only it could work.

Add a migration tool to WP Toolkit from other software installation platforms (Installatron / Softaculous)
We've been using Installatron for ages, but WP Toolkit has become a really powerful tool over the last couple of years. While we can work on integrating our systems with WP Toolkit directly, one major obstacle is moving clients over from one system to the other - including their backups / update settings / etc.
I'd love to find a way to make migrations over to the WP Toolkit seamless!

www added to subdomains
Hello.
When I create a subdomain (subdomain.domain.com) Plesk creates the ServerAlias adding www to the name (www.subdomain.domain.com).
I dont want this ServerAlias but I cannot delete it.
I think it would be a good idea to add an option for subdomain: add/not add a www to subdomain server.

Better MSSQL handling
MS SQL Server 2012 Express via Plesk Installer is configured to use dynamic ports by default and this causes a warning in Tools & Settings > Database Serrvers. Packages installed through your installer should not cause a warning by default :)
Improve the behavior of field "Allow remote connections from", under Domains > domain.tld > Databases > User Management > username because the generated firewall rule is OFF by default; maybe this is by design, infact the field description states "Your changes in this list will be pre-moderated by your hosting provider.", but the admin doesn't get any notification about…
