  1. Add separate notification confirming the issue was resolved if there were email about failure

Whenever an email is sent about certificates that could not be automatically renewed (asking the user to manually inspect them), if the certificate can eventually be renewed automatically, then send an email to notify of the success. Otherwise the user only knows that something is wrong, and has no idea that it’s now good again. This success email should be sent regardless whether the user already receives notifications for any certificate renewal events or similar, because by default, one would expect that an error message is always matched by a success message, if it exists.

  2. GUI solution for the Greylisting and restriction of header mismatch

It'll be useful to implement a GUI solution for the configuration of Greylisting and restriction mismatching of the "From" header, as right now both of them are done via CLI (in case with header, by editing the postfix/main.cf).

  3. Show password protected directories in the overview of websites

Show password protected directories in the overview of websites. A key symbol would be very cool to show websites, which are protected.

  4. Ability to select the right certificate in Migrator

If a customer(account) has more than one certs in his "store" , than migrator do not use the correct one on the new destination, the extension provides always the first in store .. this is only an information, but this is very "annoying" - the migrator could be faster and the fetching is very slow too , but up to this "issue" the extension works good.

  5. Stop postfix from delivering mail locally when MX record points externally to avoid mailbox hijack e.g. @gmail.com addresses.

Prevent mail interception / hijack where any customer can create domains when not prohibited explicitly and intercept for example a john.doe@gmail.com mailbox because SMTP will deliver this locally if the mailbox exists.

Almost every domain on the internet does have its own MX record and many of them are operate their own email server (not only Gmail). Why not address this potential security issue by checking MX records not only if the domain exists locally.

Thank you for your idea! We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular.

Everyone, please continue voting for this feature if you consider it important.

For the time being, please consider using Tools & Settings > Security > Prohibited Domain Names to prevent users from creating well-known domain names in their accounts.

  6. Add a way to force sets during custom WP installation

Add a way to force customers to use our defined plugin sets when doing a custom WordPress installation.

Currently, there's an option to install no set. It should be possible to hide this from customers, so they have to choose from one of our sets.

  7. Simplify the process of uploading 3rd Party Vendor SSL certificates forcing CA part to be filled

Make easier to understand that while uploading 3rd party vendor SSL certificates the CA part needs to be filled along with the key and crt parts. Currently its not mandatory.

Consider the possibility of using the "old ca file" when a certificate is renewed and the crt and key parts are uploaded manually as a new certificate.

  8. Plesk Premium antivirus customize notifications

It is necessary to be able to configure notifications via Plesk GUI about viruses in email messages for both the server administrator and customers.

  9. Limit maximum crontab frequency and preventing cronjobs pile-up

Plesk administrator should be able to limit the maximum crontab frequency allowed for user's crontab (example: deny the creation of cronjob that run more often than once in 5 minutes)

Crontab pile-up should be prevented, so a user can't run a cron job if the same job isn't finished yet.

    Thank you for your idea.

For the time being, please consider that a script that is started via cronjob, should check itself if another instance of the same script is already running, if there is a risk that a further instance causes problems. Crontab cannot check that.

Also, please be aware that users are not bound to repeat actions in a script in a while-loop. They can easily start a script every 10 minutes, yet let it run over and over again by just putting their content into a while-loop, maybe even wait a few seconds after each iteration. So limiting them to create cronjobs for only every n minutes will not keep users from executing scripts all the time.

We'd like to hear more from other users what they think about the idea. If it still becomes popular, it might find its way into a future version of the…

  10. Add "Activate account by e-mail" option to the command adding customer via CLI

There is no option "Activate account by e-mail" while adding customer with command like below:
plesk bin customer --create JDoe -name "John Doe" -passwd sample -country US -notify false
    No such option in:
    # plesk bin customer --help

Please consider adding this parameter to CLi.

  11. Improve speed of Migration Manager re-sync process

Because there is a re-sync option, the overall speed of the initial data transfer with Plesk Migration Manager (PMM) doesn't matter that much (to us), however when re-syncing the speed of the process is super important because domain web and email services on the source server must be down/offline to prevent data inconsistencies. The re-sync process currently takes roughly 1 hour per 100 subscriptions.

Here's three ways the re-sync process could be improved to minimize web and email service downtime:

    # 1. Fetch configuration data ONCE

PMM batches 5 subscriptions at a time, and prior to each batch of 5,…

  12. Display the number of subscriptions for a Customer

When viewing the list of customers, a few domains are listed.
But the NUMBER of subscriptions for each customer should be a new column, and a very useful one!

  13. Add a "Service Plan" column in the Subscriptions list

We absolutely miss a "Service Plan" column in the Subscriptions list.
This is very annoying not knowing which Service Plan a Subscription is using.

  14. Plesk IP management logic of VPN interfaces/IPs

Please do the adjustments to the IP management logic of Plesk - currently it starts to manage VPN intefaces IPs by default, and it can cause issues with Apache and Nginx.
Currently it is possible to ignore such interfaces via panel.ini, but it has to be configured prior to adding the VPN interface to server. It would be great if Plesk would show such addresses in IP Addresses menu and ask if it should manage these addresses/intefaces or just ignore them.

  16. defaultProxiedEnabledTypes option for the DNS Integration for Cloudflare® extension be available for all types of records

It would be helpful to have the defaultProxiedEnabledTypes option for the DNS Integration for Cloudflare® extension be available for all types of records, not only A, AAAA and CNAME records.

  18. Separate log for domain resolve problems during SSL generation

We would like having log file containing records about the issues reported during the creation of a new SSL. For example, when domains resolves to different IP, the problem is not stored in Action Log or another log file.

  19. DNS access for domain from SSL Certificate Registration

When registering a new SSL certificate using Let's Encrypt, is there no way you can give access to add the challenge TXT record on the DNS directly from the SSL form providing the Chalenge key. Having to have more than one form open one on domains and the other on the website config is crazy. it will just make life so much easier.

  20. Migrate SpamAssassin training database to a new server when using Plesk Migrator

When migrating data to a new server using Plesk Migrator, all SpamAssassin trainings are lost, hence users receive more spam on the new server than they did before. It would be good to migrate SpamAssassin training content to the new server.
