Plesk 12.5 is not User friendly
Plesk 11.5 has been user friendly and access to buttons is easy but plesk 12.5 is very bad ,
1 - when search a site first go to domain and should agian go to subscription for access to Customize button or Activate button or expire date and it is hard , this buttons important for administrator and should access easly
2 - icons is not beautiful and i think this page is for kids and baby
3 - Preview link can not work
4 - php version have conflict with joomla or wordpress installed and several hours work by support team of plesk for run some old site used php
5 - Permission IUSR for upload file has removed , and a lot of problem for set Modify permission again by IWPG
6 - For joomla or wordpress should Open_basedir set to none , but after update plesk 11.5 to 12.5 change this php setting and error 500 for all this type site
7 - some website used old version of Joomla ( 1.5 - 2.5 ) can not run again , and if run this websites , down mysql by high cpu usage
8 - if have problem plesk , require Licence number for get support , but plesk is down and user can not access to this licence number from panel

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, this request contains several different suggestions, and it’s not technically possible to properly handle them inside one request. Please consider creating separate feature requests for each of the items below:

Please create a new request and let us know how this feature should work in terms of workflow, in your opinion.

You can activate old skin – go to Extensions screen then “Skins and Color Schemes”
3. “Preview link can not work”
Check your Preview settings in “Tools & Settings” → “Website Preview”

Plesk provides all PHP versions: 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, even 7. You can choose any which applicable for your sites.
