Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, this request contains several different suggestions, and it’s not technically possible to properly handle them inside one request.
Please consider creating separate feature requests for each of the items below:
1. SHOUTcast
2. Icecast
3. Wowza Streaming Engine
We could consider the possibility of implementing these features in future Plesk releases. Please create a new request with each item, so that others can vote for it.

yes it will be nice if it has a shoutcast admin panel option in it
