More Information on Why a Subscription has a Red (?) Mark (so often there's no clue)
Often I find subscriptions have a red (?) mark next to them. If I put my mouse over it to get more detail, all the statistics are within their quotas. If I check the subscription in the Business and Customer Manager, everything is fine. Sometimes subscriptions are even suspended (like after my update to 12.5) and I have no idea why - just that annoying red question mark!
