improve antispam filtering, filter by message text, destination email etc..
give more possibilities to the antispam filter, with text sensitive filtering, destination email filtering, IP addresses filtering etc...

I have used this feature in cPanel and it makes a huge difference.
I added common spam terms like viagra, kiagra, ***, etc and built up the text list as the emails came in, it then bumps these emails quickly, without looking up any external email lists or IPs.
