add persian file name support to backups
I'm using Persian for files name and scheduled a backup. But after download find-out weird name for Persian name files and I had to use zip to make another backup. Obviously I had to download it again.

Sohei, starting from Plesk 12.5 it does not allow users to set prefix for backup file names but gives backup files the names in automatic manner. We suggest to upgrade to Plesk 12.5.
