Would be nice to have an option to commit changes to settings of various websites
Right now if I make changes to several websites (like changing the hosting settings, apache&nginx settings etc) the webservers get restarted every time the changes are saved. It can be annoying for the visitors of the websites (they get http errors every time the webservers are restarted). Would be nice to have all changes stored in a transaction so that admin can commit them all at once.

You may want to take a look at the "Apache restart interval" feature - it does something very similar (you can set the minimum interval between Apache restarts). Set it to 600 and Apache will restart once in ten minutes, tops (if any changes are made to the domains' configuration during this interval). Here's the link for reference:
