utf - 8 support for the filemanager
It does'nt make sense, on plesk-filemanager side, to use code-tabels which are not able to translate ä,ö,ü, é, è and other german or french related languages...Europe is multicultural since more than 5000 Years.

A lot of characters in Japanese layout are created in encoding format differ from UTF-8.
It is not supported format for Plesk FileManger.
It causes errors in their processing
